They market as a natural chemical free company they are total liars. They sprayed my yard with herbicides banned in europe.

Have had this service with Darrin for long time and they have always done great job for us- totally recommend!

It's too soon to judge the final outcome. But many of my neighbors have great-looking lawns and are customers of NaturaLawn. They were enjoyable to talk with. They use quality organic materials. They did their homework, knowing my property and neighborhood right away. Prices were comparable, and they gave me a slight discount on top of that. I've only had one treatment and didn't see anyone, but we're off to a great start!

We've been using them for about three years now, and we've never had a glitch. Courteous, prompt, and professional.

Weeds in the lawn are controlled much better than I was "controlling" it on my own with big box store fertilizers. I don't have to water in the treatments after application too. The treatments are also not deathly harmful to my cat or dog. No more fear from my family and neighborhood children and animals touching my lawn with mainstream, poisonous, fertilizers. And, I'm sure I've cut down the amount of chemicals running off my lawn and going into the drainage or neighbor's lawns.

They communicated their plan in advance and let me know when they would be there. They performed their application and left a notification in the lawn to let me know they had applied the treatment. As they had stated they left a detailed invoice on my front porch after the application.

This company is terrific! We’ve been customers for a few years now and the experience has been terrific.

2017 is the first year I hired NaturaLawn of America (Sterling, VA franchisee). Getting a quote was easy. Getting the service set up was easy. I agreed to a soil test -- it was very helpful (especially for this one area of the lawn that was stubbornly brown and gross). Getting notified when the lawn care techs would be coming out to perform the service was easy (we wanted to keep our pets inside and away from the treated lawn for a while). NaturaLawn came out to do the service on days when the weather was conducive not only to the service, also to the 'watering in' of the nutrients in the days to follow. The health of my existing lawn and newly seeded areas just kept getting better over time. And no ticks - anywhere. By the end of November (the last treatment before winter), the lawn looked FANTASTIC! Definitely worth the investment!

For some reason they left the most aweful eyesore on the driveway - end-to-end! - included baked on mud and a wide stripe of "chemical stain", as though their machinery was leaking. God knows why they decided to steer the machinery over the driveway in the first place. I had someone try and clean the drive with hose and yard brush - marks proved to be too stubborn to be removed, and persist. Extra annoying since: 1) Naturalawn's initial response to my complaint was a simple "sorry" via email, with no offer to remedy. 2) After more assertive communication they said they would fix. 3) They have not yet fixed the problem, missing the two promised dates. 4) Their website speaks about leaving no mess. 5) Their service is premium price. 6) My driveway was resealed a couple of weeks before Naturalawn provided the service - so it wasn't as through they were leaving a mess over an already shabby driveway. 7) We made the mistake of paying for all of the year's service upfront. I'm sure they would be more attentive for customers that don't pay until after service has been provided to satisfaction.

Excellent as usual. My grass stays green all year round. Very few if any weeds because of the nutrients they feed the grass. They provide excellent service. The servicemen are friendly and professional. When I have a question they give professional answers and follow up. If they need to provide additional service they can do it then or they set a time to return to do something or add a new service item. I am very pleased with their service and the condition of my lawn. I have been with NaturaLawn for well over 10 years. :) Yeartly rates are reasonable and convenient.

I continue to be impressed by the level of professionalism, punctuality, and tailoring to our needs. We were seeking an all-natural alternative to traditional fertilizer, and have been pleased by the results.

Only one treatment so far, but lawn looks good.

The do a great job when it comes to maintaining the lawn. I have been a customer of Naturalawn for about 3 years now. They are little pricier than some other providers but the effect on the lawn is amazing.

I thought these guys did great work. I only discontinued to do it myself and save money. They are still doing several of the homes on my street and the lawns look great!

We have been using Naturalawn of Leesburg for around 15 years. It used to be operated by a guy who did a great job, and was a nice as could be. In addition to the regular lawn service visits, he'd come out to our home on those rare occasions we had concerns about weeds, and he was happy to spot treat them. It was always a pleasure seeing him whenever he came by on the regular service dates, and he'd stop by the door and wave when he was done. Over the past year, he must have retired or sold the franchise, because now we have a younger man coming out to work on the lawn. This new guy has a lot to learn about customer service and communication. His people skills are apparently lacking. The first day to our home, he never knocked on the door to say hello and explain that he was going to be taking over our lawn service. He was rude more than once to my wife on the phone. He refused to take a look or spot treat the small patches of nimbleweed to keep it from taking over the grass - without reseeding the entire lawn. And we were billed for services we didn't ask for. Consequently, we fired this company, even though we had 1 or 2 more service dates left on the contract. Update - 6/30/13: Leesburg NaturaLawn's comments to my review ignore our complaints about his lack of professionalism in his communications with us. I have to also question his statement that they can't treat nimblewill. What's the point of having a lawn service if they can't treat weeds, or refuse to even take a look and make recommendations? It's this kind of customer-unfriendly response that caused us to cancel service with them. We are now using a different company. We are paying a little more, but they are polite, professional, and ready to come to our home to spot treat weeds. They even call us every so often to ask us how the lawn is doing. Our lawn has never looked better, by the way.
