Other than the truck breaking down en route and then waiting for another one. They were wonderful. The two guys unloaded my stuff and put things where I wanted them, They were professional and polite. I couldn't believe they got that bookcase up the stairs. It was quite a long distance from here to there so I was very pleased with the service.

Underestimated packing charges , I paid their price, 58% over estimate. Because I asked a question about the move estimate they sent the trucks away on the day I had to move. They would only return the trucks if I let them estimate the move again. The move started 5 hours late. I feel they held me hostage, they knew I had to move that day. The day of the packing one of the packers stayed on her cell phone all day. They have a $500.00 deductible on damage, just jammed furniture into blinds breaking them. This is the 2nd worse business deal I’ve made in 61 years, I waited to write this, wanted to cool off. I have, still would never use them again and want to warn others.

My Guys Moving and Storage provided a quote for our from a condo to a new townhouse.. They said it would take 3 guys between 6 and 8 hours to move all the boxes and furniture BUT if we moved the boxes ourselves, it would cut down the time (they charged by the hour). So, that's what we did. The two days before, we moved all the boxes and some of the smaller pieces of furniture to the new house and labeled everything. The team still took and charged us for a full 8 hours - even though more than half of what was quoted had already been moved out. My Guys also sold us on their customer service and how well they cared for the home and furniture. They promised to wrap the furniture, protect the walls, floors, doors, banisters, etc. Well, they took their time wrapping everything in the condo with plastic but then took it all off before bringing it into the townhouse. In the process, they scratched floors, took a chunk of drywall out of the hallway, nicked the ceiling with an antique table (yes, the ceiling), and broke the frame of my couch when they jammed it through the sliding door (because they couldn't get it up the stairs). When I wrote a letter to the salesman and the customer service department, I was referred to a separate claims company. They sent me a simple form and asked for photos. They did not send an adjuster to my home to see the damage caused and only responded to me when I followed up with them over a dozen times asking for the status of my claim. Well, last night they denied all responsibility and are refusing to pay any damages. The rationale: regular wear and tear and manufacturer defect. I implore you to stay far away from this

This was the 3rd time in 2 years that I have used this company for moves. In all three circumstances the entire team from start to finish was professional, personable, and very caring. They treat items with the utmost care and offered suggestions and help that were completely unexpected. They were one of the few companies that came out ahead of time to provide an estimate. They anticipate the things that we sometimes overlook during the stressful time of moving. They were on time, got right to work and didn't stop until the move was complete. Even though they charge by the hour these guys work so hard that they actually saved me money, which in this day and age is rare for a company to do! I would use them again in the future for any move that I had to make. They deserve the wonderful reputation that they company has earned and the movers are an asset to the company.

I CANNOT stress enough how professional, pleasant, skilled, and courteous these five gentlemen were. They were faced with a horrible task and they solved every problem, fixed every one of my glitches, and foresaw every difficulty down the road, and did it all with an incredibly pleasant, calming, smiling, attitude. I will NEVER use another moving service. I will NEVER recommend another moving service. These "My Guys" are the best guys around. Absolutely stunning job. I could not be happier or more impressed with the skill and knowledge and "can-do" attitude that was exhibited by these gentlemen.

We figured it would take about 6 hours but they were done in 3 1/2 hours. We just couldn't be happier with My Guys and the crew they sent to do our move.

Crew members were very professional and detail oriented (careful for not breaking things, scratching surfaces, etc.). They were very courteous, friendly and worked very hard. I was very happy.

Second time using My Guys and was not disappointed. Although I hope to never need moving services again, if the need arises, I know who I am calling!

The movers were very prompt arriving at our home in Sterling VA to pick up our daughter's stuff. When they arrived in DC, they promptly unloaded everything and got it situated in her new apartment. They were very hard working and courteous and never took a break. They even hauled away some cardboard boxes that they didn't have to do. Great experience!

I've used My Guys Moving four times now and don't even bother calling anybody else anymore. The guys that come out have always been great; they are careful with everything but never stop moving! While they'll tell you about it, it is obviously that the guys they have come out are experienced and know how to move anything and ensure it is safe from point A to their truck and then to point B. The price I got quoted for four guys and the truck was very reasonable when you see how much work they are doing. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future moves.

The movers were pleasant and professional, but we had an overall bad experience with My Guys' storage and moving services. Their accounting department sent invoices to the wrong address resulting in our being in default without their even calling us. Fortunately, we identified the error before they sold our items in storage at auction (they were set to do that without calling us about late payment). When we had them deliver our stored items, we did not receive everything we had stored. Also, items they moved from our old to new house didn't make it to the new house including two pieces of wall art that they packed. They also broke an antique lamp that they packed and moved. We filed a claim a month ago. They haven't even acknowledged receipt.

It went extremely well. ?My mover was "Anigal". He and his crew were excellent. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would rehire them for any job I needed done. I highly recommend them.?

Excellent. Crew helped to move our belongings to our new home, including an additional pickup at our storage space. On time, friendly, did great work.

Javier and his crew were awesome. Can't remember the other 4 guys names but they were all equally GREAT! Would recommend to everyone.

Staff was courteous and prompt. BUT, 7’ tall cabinets were at mid height rail in truck, not secured on the top rail and lower rail. Therefore cabinets tipped over at an angle, broken by the strap in the middle. 2 were damaged beyond use. Staff assured me that they would handle report and would have claim form sent to me. This was delayed and it took two phone calls and an email to get claim, which was only valid for 7 days. I also had my cc company dispute payment awaiting settlement. In the interim My guys repaired 1 cabinet and brought it to me several weeks later. My Guys told cc company that they were exempt from the damage due to the clause pertaining to pressed wood and particle board. Fortunately I took my own photographs of how things were inside the truck. CC company rejected their argument because the damage was due to improperly securing the items in the truck—not the material of which the cabinets were constructed. My Guys received payment for services minus damages to 1 cabinet. I appreciate their effort to create 1 usable cabinet from the 2 damaged cabinets but would not use them or recommend them because they attempted to claim no responsibility and delayed providing claim form which had time limit for being filed.

This is the second time I have used My Guys and I have been so happy with the services from scheduling of the move to the actual moving services! Excellent service all around and I will always recommend your services to others. The guys are all very professional and work very hard. Great experience! In fact on the day of our move, one of the guys was sick but it did not stop him, he worked just as hard as his other team members. Not one item was damaged, the crew showed up exactly on time and were extremely polite at all times. They did not fuss if something wasn't packed properly, they just secured it and moved it!

I was planning to use this mover, but the price went up so I backed out. I really appreciate that my deposit was promptly refunded. I wasn't sure if that would happen, but I found their customer service excellent, even though I went in another direction. They had a lot of rules about interstate moves, I think I would have stuck with them had I been moving in state.

My Guys Moving was incredibly professional, prompt and attentive to detail. Their salesperson/estimator Terry met with me a few weeks before the move to estimate how long he believed it would take based on the amount of goods to be moved and provided a written estimate. On the day before the move, Joe called to confirm the move, the time and locations. On the day of the move, the crew of four arrived on time. They laid carpet protectors, cardboard on the walls and runners on the hardwood to protect the surfaces as they moved. Not a single item was nicked, dinged or broken as far as we can tell. They moved quickly and carefully. All of the stages of our move were handled professionally. As for cost, we met with three movers and their hourly rate for the services provided was the least expensive of the three. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

At the time I reached out to My Guys,. I intended to move from the Fairfax, VA area to Alexandria. VA. My plans were cancelled however, I did not move and I didnt use them. They were however very prompt in returning my original contact with them,. They were very professional, courteous, and understanding. The quoted price was very reasonble. Should I need moving services in the future., I will not hesitate to call them again

The two gentlemen arrived at my home at the time requested by me. They disassembled my two recliners and completely wrapped them. One was on the ground floor and the other was on the second floor. They put them on the truck and then went to the basement to carry up the six plastic containers and put them on the truck. They then followed me to the storage facility where I had a bin. The entire process took 1 hour. They were fast, courteous and perfect gentlemen. I will definitely use this company again.

Move went very well. The moving staff did an excellent job ensuring all furniture was securely and safely loaded and transported. I've used this company 3 times, and will continue to for all future moving needs.

We moved several times in the past few years. We have always used very reputable and reliable firms. For our latest move, we got estimates from other firms that we used in the past and from my guys moving. They have been very competitive. From start to finish they were professional, reliable and very efficient. They moved a 5 bedroom house in 1 day almost 15% less than the other moving firms that I worked with before. And they have done an excellent job with the move. Every item was protected and cared appropriately during the move. They delivered an excellent service. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Our move could not have gone more smoothly. The MGM guy was on time, speedy in the loading and unloading process and really very nice to work with.
