Excellent service! Professional service from the initial contact with Gustavo Perez through the unloading the truck at the final destination. I fell behind getting everything ready for the move but the guys helped me get everything packed. Furniture and delicate items were carefully wrapped and loaded onto the truck. They managed to get everything nicely stored in my garage. Will definitely use Move It All Services again

They were friendly, kind, and serious about their work. Move It All was professional and meticulous with cataloging every item that went into storage, protecting furniture and fragile pieces with pads and wrapping, and taking precautions to protect the floor and walls as they moved items around. They were hard working and fast. I'd highly recommend calling them for a quote; they're very competitive.
Description of Work: Gustavo and his employees at Move It All were a huge help to my family this past year with storing furniture for staging our townhouse to sell, and then moving all of our things once we moved into our new house.

They were professional, courteous, and efficient. I had a very positive experience with absolutely no issues.
Description of Work: I had a four man team and a large truck do a local move for me from one single family home to another single family home a few miles away. They started by protecting my floors to ensure nothing was scratch and that no dirt was tracked in. Al furniture was wrapped, protected by moving blankets, and carefully loaded into their truck. When required, they disassembled beds, tables, and other furniture. All fastening hardware was carefully packed away with the furniture pieces. When arriving at my new home, they once again protected the flooring, carefully moved everything in, and reassembled everything.

Excellent. Movers were very professional and experienced; very careful with wrapping and handling fragile items; loaded items in very methodical manner assuring no brokerage or damage during transit (200 miles). No wasted time or delays in arriving at destination. The not to exceed price was reasonable. Administrative office was very professional and responsive. I would use them again and highly recommend.

Originally I had contacted Move It All (Gustavo Perez) on the recommendation of a friend to provide an estimate for just packing contents of my home onto a rental vehicle as I was planning on moving myself. He asked if I would consider an estimate for the entire move - door to door, disassembling furniture, shrink wrapping all items, providing boxes for TVs, packing, etc., and then reassembling, unloading boxes, etc. at destination. I was more than pleased with the estimate as I believe I would have spent this amount in truck rental, insurance, gas, cost of packing and unpacking services on each end. It made the move to Myrtle Beach much less stressful. Mr. Perez and crew showed up on time, were very courteous, and worked efficiently in moving all from my former three level townhome. Move It All is very organized. All boxes/items were numbered and recorded on a master inventory list and then checked on the final destination. Townhome was left in immaculate condition - no marks or dings on walls! Everything made the trip to Myrtle Beach without mishap due to the wrapping, padding, and attention to detail. All boxes were placed in the right rooms and they even moved some to other locations or adjusted position of furniture upon my request. Once again, they were extremely careful in moving and placing everything - no marks on walls and no scratches on the floor. Absolutely excellent service and at an excellent price! If you are considering moving your house or office, Move It All should be your first call.

I actually used Move It All, Gustavo, twice. The first time he was recommended by a staging company that worked with my realtor so she gave him a try with me. He moved and reassembled a home gym system and treadmill as well as had packers to prepare my home for sale. They packed numerous boxes of dishes, etc, things I did not need immediately and was not ready to move to my new home yet. These boxes and items were stored in the garage of the home for sale. I was happy with this service so I contacted Gustavo again to do our final move of most of our furniture into our new home a few months later. I received a verbal quote from him and 2 other companies. He was very close in price to the others so I went with him again. The rest was a total disaster! The original scheduled move date he kept calling to say he was running late as a job from the night before was more than expected and he had some issues with the truck. This started in the morning and went on until afternoon. Finally, mid afternoon, I told him to just do it the next day. The other option was to have his guys work that night and store my stuff overnight in his truck, at his facility. I was not about to do that as my move was only about 5 miles from house to house and did not want to add extra miles to my stuff on a truck. The next morning his crew started arriving in "shifts" as the guys started trickling in. The truck wasn't there yet with the driver and assistant but 2 guys started taking apart beds, etc. It took them a LONG time to take apart my king sized bed. Then he called to say his main guy had to leave to go to another job. It took the ENTIRE day for the guys to move my stuff and their truck was not big enough so they had to make 2 trips. They were working into the dark and didn't even finish assembling the beds. I just wanted them to leave at that point as my 3 year old was way past his bedtime and I was more than done with them, too. His guys were great, very polite. They seemed frustrated to be using a truck with a power lift gate because it slowed them down. Then it came to the payment. Gustavo was not honoring the rate he quoted to me over the phone. I had it written down, right in front of me, with the others and he kept INSISTING he did not say that and told me to look at my bill from the first move. I did not have that in front of me but it let me know he definitely overcharged me then. At that point, there was nothing I could do. I managed to have him discount the rate a bit, but it was nowhere what he quoted me. I paid the bill, tipped his guys nicely (as it was not their fault their boss didn't keep his word) and just wanted everyone out of my house. It was about 11pm at that point. I realize I should have insisted on a written quote before he started the work (his men didn't have the paperwork in the morning when they showed) but he had done previous work for me. Also, I have moved before, this was my 9th move and I've lived in 3 different states. This was my absolute worst move ever!! I decided to write this lengthy review so that no one ends up like I did.

I had some dining room furniture that I needed moved about seven miles on a Saturday. I exchanged a few emails with Gustavo that morning and he arrived with a truck and one other guy that afternoon. He got the furniture wrapped and into the truck within 30 minutes. That included going up and down two sets of stairs. He easily unloaded the furniture into my garage and then helped move a large china hutch from one wall to another that was in my living room. He was very professional. It was a great experience.

I pre-paid ASAP to deliver the new mattress and haul away the old, but decided to donate the old mattress to Salvation Army instead. I emailed ASAP immediately to tell them it would be delivery only, they were not going to haul away, and asked for a credit for the removal charge. No reply. We set a date for delivery and I told them again that it would be delivery only. I then had to push the delivery date back one week to coordinate with the donation, called and told them, and got two calls from them confirming the wrong date. Each time I told them the date had been changed but no no avail; they arrived with the mattress on the wrong week. Called the next week to confirm the correct date, but they had no record of it. Told me they would deliver between 9-11 am, then never showed. Their telephones were not working so could not get in touch. Finally got a call at 2pm promising delivery in 45 minutes. Received delivery at 4pm. Delivery person knocked a picture off the wall going upstairs with the mattress. In the meantime, I have talked to Gustavo, the owner, at least six times to remind him that he owes me a $50 refund for the haul-away. Each time Gustavo, who is very charming on the phone, promised something different, including: 1) Cash refund by the delivery men; 2) Credit transaction by the delivery men; 3) a full refund of all charges to apologize for the delivery mix-up, which he would call to confirm first thing Monday morning (he didn't); 4) credit for the haul-away plus an additional partial refund for the mix-up; 5) his office staff would call me on Monday am to confirm the credit; 6) his office staff would call me on Friday to confirm the credit; and finally, 7) this was his day off and besides, I wasn't the only person waiting for a refund. So far, I have had plenty of apologies and promises, but no service, and he still has the $50 I paid for a haul-away. Don't use this company; save yourself a lot of grief and rent a U-Haul.
Description of Work: I bought a mattress at a high-school fund raiser and ASAP Solutions was the company with the contract to pick up and deliver.

As discussed, the credit card refund was issued as requested, but you had not received it into your account prior to posting your concerns. Unfortunately, the driver didn't have access to the petty cash that Sunday of your delivery to refund your $50 for the removal of your mattress which you had cancelled service for to use the Salvation Army instead. We have made many staff and operational procedural changes in these past several weeks and will continue to do so as necessary, so we sincerely appreciate your feedback. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience and hope that the full cash refund for all delivery services we dropped off at your office will suffice as compensation.
