Competent and friendly service.

Very professional and neat job. He did a great job in less than an hour. He used a cutting head to clean out the drain past the 25 foot length of my DIY auger could reach. I had contacted several plumbers the day before. I was called early the next morning and was able to arrive at my home within 1 hour's time. He used a reciprocating saw to cut the vertical PVC drain pipe beyond the the P trap so he had access to the drain line for his auger. Afterwards, he added a rubber coupling with clamps to the drain line. This will make it much easier to snake the line if it needs to be done again. I would use him again and recommend him without hesitation.

I have been using the same plumber for years. I’ve been pretty lucky because I really like this guy. I hate seeing him because it means I’ve got a problem, but I’m glad I have him and I can call him. He always does an excellent job, cleans up after himself and I think his charges are reasonable.

Mirek was really great. He came the same day I called and worked really efficiently to fix the pipe. He was right on with his quote and was really nice throughout the whole process. I'd definitely use him again

Mirek was great. Very quick to respond to our call, very knowledgeable, and fee was extremely reasonable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time! We called him because we heard a "chug-chug" like a distant train in the walls when we ran the water upstairs. A pressure valve needed tightening -- Mirek demonstrated and clearly explained how he fixed it. We'll definitely be calling him again for his expertise and excellent service next time we need a plumber.

Work went very well, on time, and on budget. In fact, Mirek was one of the better folks I had working on those two homes. He handled obtaining the permits, explaining to me exactly where, how & why the lines needed to be run to the houses the way they did, showing & communicating to me how the lateral lines connected to the houses. Workmanship was excellent. In my own personal home, Mirek has replaced my water tank. Workmanship was again, excellent.

We had a leak and damage when we turned on the outdoor water. As the pipe runs over the bedroom, it required cutting into the ceiling. They were careful to cut as little as possible to minimize those repairs and ended up being able to replace the pipe through the attic. They were able to schedule us very quickly and arrived within the scheduled time. The work was completed quickly and the price was reasonable.

Mirek showed up at 1:00 PM on Sunday as he committed to. Thorough job snaking and cleaning the kitchen drain that was clogged. He also installed a new sump pump (Zoeller brand) in our basement. It is the second time I have used Mirek and both times have been very pleased with his work. Would certainly use him again and recommend. I am thinking his prices may be a bit higher than some plumbers but I am willing to pay for the quality of services received.

Excellent service, reasonably priced. He is the person that does the actual work and carries a lot of supplies in his truck which is helpful. We were very pleased and will definately call him again for future plumbing needs.

This is the 2nd time I've used Mirek's Plumbing to fix a problem in my home. I've been fortunate that neither instance was an emergency, but I would not hesitate to contact them in an emergency either. The response is always prompt, the pricing is fair, and Mr. Macik (the plumber!) is wonderful. He is very respectful, conscientious about his work (and leaving the worksite cleaner than he found it!) and is great at explaining the issue in terms even a plumbing novice can understand. I recommend Mirek's Plumbing to all my friends, and definitely recommend to the Angie's List community as well.

This was the third time Mirek has been to our house to fix a plumbing problem. All three visits went very well, price is reasonable, and the service very prompt and reliable, which is why we keep going back to them for our plumbing needs.

After I called him, he came out the next morning. He found the problem really quick, and also took care of other problems that I had briefly asked about. I was amazed how well the price was.
