Excellent! M&D Home Repairs & Remodeling did an outstanding job renovating our Master Bedroom Bathroom a couple of months ago. We absolutely love our new master bathroom and we have received so many compliments on it from close family and friends! M&D Home Repairs & Remodeling has worked on a number of renovation projects in our house, including building out our 4th floor attic and a bedroom in our basement. Every job that they have done for us has been excellent, well-built and nicely finished. We’ve been very happy with all their work. Ivan, the owner, is extremely professional, dependable, trustworthy, and easily accessible. He worked closely with us on every aspect of the bathroom project and gave us useful and creative ideas all along the way. Ivan is a perfectionist. He pays attention to every detail. His projects are on budget and if there are any material price changes, he told us about them ahead of time to avoid unexpected cost surprises. He hires excellent and hardworking team members. Ivan’s on-site person, Alex, is terrific. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of our remodeling project and super easy to work with. He is very hardworking, knowledgeable, professional, honest, friendly, and very dependable. Alex has been with M&D Remodeling for many years and takes great pride in his work. The entire crew at M&D Remodeling did an excellent job and were all very professional and dependable. They always arrived on time and took great care in cleaning up at the end of each day. It was a tough job. I had already done some wainscoting and will wood wall, finished it and wanted to make sure that they covered everything well to save me time later. There was some added complexity for where the seams would meet. I could not be more pleased with the work. It was great. Seams are perfect with the wood. Could not have asked for a better job. wanted some soundproofed drywall for the ceiling. This did not turn out as well as I had hoped. They added a premade double layer of drywall rather than the purple drywall to deaden sound. Still for the cost and experience of the crews, this job was great. I'd give it an A- or B+.

M&D Remodeling did an excellent job. This review is late but I have been meaning to write it for a long to let others know about the great work that M&D does. We throughly enjoyed working with Ivan, the owner. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, reliable and a joy to work with. Ivan was extremely responsive with calls and texts. He is very honest and takes pride in his company. Ivan has completed two different projects for us. He helped us design and finish our large 4th floor attic. His suggestions were invaluable and extremely helpful. Because he did such an outstanding job on our attic project, we happily called him a year later to design and finish a bedroom in our basement. M&D did a fantastic job on both projects. His crew were very meticulous, hard working, reliable and always cleaned up each day, before leaving. We highly recommend Ivan and his company, M&D Remodeling and we’ll definitely use them for other projects in our home.

Unfortunately, this company does not respond to requests for estimates. One of the most important items when hiring a contractor is communication. If they don't respond before being hired, I would not expect great communication afterwards. I would recommend finding a company that responds to Angie's List.

They were quick to respond and schedule the work as reasonably priced.

We chose to remove all 80's style textured ceilings from the first floor of our house and have recessed lighting installed. Ivan's initial walk-through was very thorough, and he explained the different techniques that his team could provide to complete the job. His estimate was the lowest of the four that we selected. The quote and his knowledge were the reason that we selected them for the job. Ivan's teams were always clean, on time, polite, and experienced. Ivan was always available for numerous questions and always had the answer. The job looks amazing and we are very pleased with the final product! We will definitely use Ivan and his team again in the future.

These guys have done a few different drywall repair jobs for our rental and our home. They do an amazing job and you can't tell there was ever damage. Good communication and quick responses. Big fans and will call again.

Overall the project finished out well. The service was due on schedule but slightly above cost. They could/should have told me about the additional cost before heading down that path, but the work did come out well. My job only took 2 days, but if your's is expected to take longer, I suggest touching base with them frequuently to ensure things are progressing as quoted.

Everything went very well. Workers arrived on time, ready to work on the project with few questions. they did an excellent job and completed the project, start to finish, in two work days. I would hire them again.

They did a fantastic job. Had a couple minor issues that were promptly resolved without issue. Would highly recommend them.

Everything was done timely and expertly. Exterior work replacing rotted wood corner trim and other decorative trim was perfect. Garage drywall finishing consisted of fixing a dropped ceiling seam, ripping off all the builder's 20-year old buckled seam tape, re-taping, mudding, sanding, and painting the entire two car garage. The walls and ceiling are now as good or better than any interior walls or ceiling inside the house. Masterful transformation! Highly recommended. Not our first time with them and they will continue to do all our repairs,

I’ve used M&D Home Repairs & Remodeling on a previous occasion and I plan to use them again (and again). Ivan's crew does a excellent job and I don’t have to worry about the quality of their work. Additionally, the crew has been friendly and easy to work with. The recent projects included converted a small storage room in the basement into a wonderful home gym, installing home cinema equipment (projector, in-ceiling/wall cabling and receiver) in the basement for a home theater experience, updating the family room with hardware floors, ceiling fans, recessed lighting and painting and the last was back splash for the kitchen counters with under counter lighting and wall microwave. Exceptional, high quality work. I highly recommend M&D.

I’ve used this company on 3 occasions and I plan to use them again soon. Everybody I’ve dealt with has been respectful of my house and tried to protect the surfaces (many other companies do not). Their crew does a really good job and I don’t have to worry about the quality of their work. Additionally, the crew has been friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend M&D.

The experience was great from beginning to end. Ivan arrived on time for the estimate which was very fair. A crew of two arrived on time and were very professional and thorough about protecting the furniture etc. Had to remove sections of the ceiling & replace, then tape, plaster and paint. Job took two days and the crew performed a very thorough cleanup at the end of each day. Job looks great!

Ivan and his crew tiled a wall in our house using ceramic tile we provided. They were a pleasure to work with, prompt, professional, and performed high quality work. Their attention to detail in cutting and placing the tiles was excellent, and ensured that the wall pattern was symmetric and perfectly spaced.
