Description of Work: It was a painting job, we did use them several time in last year. They did great job on covering the furniture and not wasting any time. They showed up on time and finished the work as planned. We strongly recommend this company to others.

Description of Work: Installed French doors and supporting structure. Repaired and painted walls and ceiling. Also did some drywall work.

Description of Work: The owner provided an on-site estimate and scheduled one person to remove wallpaper from a half bath and prime/paint. The work was done over two days and the painter arrived early each morning to begin work. The project was done in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. The owner gave us the option of purchasing supplies ourselves and provided a shopping list for the job (rollers, patching compound, quantities of paint, etc.). | |With both coats of paint going on the same day the color looked somewhat scary initially and totally different from the color swatch. Thankfully, after a few days everything settled. The owner stopped by after the project was completed to check on the work and confirm that things were done to our satisfaction. I used a coupon for the work and was happy with the service. We have since used the company for electrical work as well. No issues and would definitely use again.

Description of Work: In getting ready to put my townhouse on the market, I naturally called Mr. Mora at M & D Home Repairs and Remodeling! I provided a list to him of over a dozen items that needed attention. Items included: filling nail holes, fixing cracks, painting, rehanging closet doors, and more. Outside included painting of fire wall and around front door, as well as power washing deck. As usual, the crew did an excellent job. They get down to business, do their thing, and do it well! Nice to to be associated with a business (I can trust) that provides multi-sevices!!!

Description of Work: They did one room. We had other much smaller things on the list we had expected them to have time to address after the one den room was finished, but they did not. They had 2 workers out for a total if 7hrs and 40 minutes. Close enough to 8 hours, we have no issue with that. The amount of work and the quality of work on the other hand, is not great. Our ceiling in the one room they painted, does not look great. It is not smooth.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $499 in hopes of having my master bedroom and bath painted. After talking to Ivan, he suggested that it would take 40-48 man-hours to paint two rooms (versus the 16 I had purchased). I found this surprising after reading other reviews where they appear to have painted 2 or more full size rooms for the same Big Deal. This was also surprising based on previous experiences I've had with other painters who covered as much, if not more, surface area in less time. Based on this, I requested a refund of my Big Deal rather than have them start a project and leave me with a half-painted room instead of a finished project.

Description of Work: Painted the entire inside of the home two coats to include all wood trim (3500 SQ FT). Installed new sink, dishwasher and faucet. Put new trim up in remodeled kitchen. Replaced all electric switches/plugs in entire house, replaced closet sliding door, repaired wall board damage, finished touch up in remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Fantastic and best price to boot!!

Description of Work: They painted bedrooms for us. It was fine working with them and they did a good job.
