Awesome guys. I have been using them for years in both my home and for my investment property. Absolutely trustworthy, professional, always cleans up at the end of the day and reasonable pricing.

We've used M&D on several projects including a bathroom remodel, exterior/interior painting and work on two decks. The work has always been excellent and Ivan and his team have always been on time and on budget. They're very dependable.

We had a great experience with the M&D Home Repair and Remodeling team. This the second time that they painted the exterior of our home. They did a great job for us ~ 4-5 years ago that we had them come back. The exterior paint team was very responsible and they did a wonderful job! They removed bad caulking in addition to painting the exterior (e.g., trim, garage door, and doors) of our town home. We also contracted them to paint the rails. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Ivan and his team! We look forward to working with them again in the future!

Ivan was one of few contractors that bothered to respond to my request. He provided an estimate for the requested work and priced out several options. After deciding to proceed with the project, M&D was able to start within a week. The project was estimated to take about two weeks, but the crew was able to complete the work in six days. The workmanship was top notch.

Worked with Ivan over multiple days to come up with a repair estimate for some drywall repair and painting work. The estimate was reasonable, so I scheduled the work. Painter (Edwin) showed up on time, went right to work, was meticulously clean and did a fabulous job.

The two installers were fast and professional. They did a great job minimizing mess and cleaning up afterwards. Showed up promptly.

While other companies suggested I replace my whole deck M&D repaired it at a fraction of the cost and it looks great!

They were great at scheduling, punctuality, very professional. They went above and beyond on my cathedral ceiling securing the drywall and spackling before painting. The actual paint job was good but required some touch up which were scheduled right away when I requested them. The only issue is that the touch-up areas are obvious as they have a different sheen or texture. I would use them again and would pay more attention as they did the actual work so that I could catch issues in real time to ensure a perfect outcome!

Very good work in all respects. Professional team, easy to schedule the work, gave an accuate estimate of the amount of work that could be accomplished in the time available, responsive to what I needed, and good value for the money.

We've interviewed multiple contractors, but when I called Ivan and quickly realized that his team is what we need - someone who can perform multiple tasks within short period of time. What we really valued: if Ivan promised something he will definitely deliver on time with the highest quality. His team is amazing and they earn every cent with their hard and honest work. I was very impressed with M&D. I learned of them through Angie's List and had a very positive experience. The project was big - updating a 5 bedroom, 3 story home. I can be very detail oriented which they respected. They exceeded expectations including on quality and speed, finishing ahead of schedule, a priority of mine. They had several people on the project and I had positive interaction with all. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We have hired M&D several times to paint various rooms in our house. They did a great job every time, especially Rody and crew. It's obvious to us that they are professionals and do quality work. In addition, they have crew members that are highly skilled in carpentry. We also liked the owner, Ivan, right away. We got the sense that he was a nice, honest, and hardworking guy. Every time we have work that we need to get done (we have a long list), we always look for opportunities to hire M&D.

Two painters worked thoroughly and efficiently for half a day each, arriving promptly at 8 am. They were very courteous, punctual, tidy, and detail-oriented. They prepped the house beforehand and returned it afterwards to the way they found it.

Outstanding job--these guys needed to complete 2 coats of paint and stayed late to make sure it was done right. No cutting corners and excellent results. WoW!!
