Hallway needed alot of prep work due to my removing wallpaper which left a rough surface. They showed up on time, primed and painted walls and painted a fairly high stairwell. They were professional, courteous and did excellent work. I would definitely use M & D Home Repairs again.

This company did a beautiful job of painting the interior of my house. The price was very reasonable. The owner of the company took plenty of time to look at my house and gave me estimates for a couple of different scenarios. His team of painters were on time, professional, and friendly. They took it upon themselves to make touch-ups that I had not even specifically requested, to ensure that the job was done well and completely. I would use their services again, and I would recommend them to a friend.

The USG was closed due to snow but these guys showed up on time and did an amazing job!! The ceiling and walls were a mess. They has been replanted a while back but had yet to be sanded and painted.

The two men were on time, polite and did great work. I will be using them again!

I was very disappointed with them. I have a very small condo, they were painting it. I just wanted them to paint the walls and it took from 8:15am until about 1 pm to paint a single room. At 2:15 he said ?Ok, we?re finished,? and I said ?What about the trim and bathroom?? he said ?We don?t have time, it looks like too much repairs too much time.? One of the guys was on his cell phone practically the whole time. The work they actually did was fine, but I thought it was 16 total hours (2 men, 8 hours each). They finally also painted the baseboards in the living room and closet door. They should have covered more areas. I thought that with two people, they could have at least gotten another room done. They spent the entire day on a single living-room.

Ivan was very responsive via phone and email. We were really happy with the quote (and we got A LOT of quotes), and the end product turned out really well. The team was timely, the were polite, they asked questions if they had them about the work we wanted done, and just did a great job. They weren't able to quite finish in one day, so they came back the next day and finished up. Really happy with the whole experience!

It was wonderful. The original service was $499 for a special I got from Angie's List and I got the same services the other two times and they charged me the same. I didn't dislike anything. They were punctual, flexible and professional. They got a lot done in the time allotted. They come at a good quality and a good price.

I would use this company again. They did good work. They were pleasant to have around while they were working. They were prompt in responding to my phone calls and emails. They were gracious and helpful when I had to cancel my first appointment and reschedule. They followed-up after the job was complete to make sure I was happy with the outcome.

Marcus and Lucas were wonderful. Showed up on time took special care to cover tv and fireplace. Since it's a two story living room they had some cleaning of the walls to do before the painting and they did a fantastic job. I'll be using there services again soon.

I cannot praise Ivan and his team highly enough. From the start of our repair project Ivan showed the utmost professionalism. He responded to emails in a timely fashion and provided clear, and very competitive, written estimates. He communicated in advance which days and times his team would arrive for work and was here regularly to check progress. His team were very professional and respectful. They did such a wonderful job and Ivan even took a sample of the wall to get an identical paint match. I have already recommended M&D home repairs to some neighbors who need work doing. We will be contacting M&D again soon for some additional work in other areas of our house. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them.

They did a good job and the crew was very nice. However, they did not use the entire time and I could have had them do more. They did not follow thru with what they told me they would. They work was good but I do think the customer service was not up to par.

They were very professional and nice. The most quality that I value about them is their effeciency. I used another painting company for similar deals and the guys were just taking their time, playing loud music and didn't care about my money at all. Therefore I really appreicate what M&D guys did. They are exceptional.

It went beautifully. The two painters (Marcos and Ruiz, if I'm not mistaken) did an excellent job. They arrived on time, were very careful/attentive to detail, responsive to requests, careful to protect nearby surfaces. It's not always pleasant to have workmen in your home, but these guys were very pleasant and amiable. My wife and I were very satisfied with the work.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out very good. Two guys came out for 8 hours. They were busy bees and barely paused for lunch. I feel like I got my money's worth.

This company was excellent. Owner arrived before and after the job to insure work to be completed was understood and then completed to my satisfaction. Will definitely use them again in the future.

When we bought our house a few years ago, we knew that we would have to redo the bathroom in our basement, which was functional at best. It was unattractive, dimly lit, and showed signs of water damage resulting from some prior, unknown incident. At first, we thought that we could simply replace the damaged cabinets, slap on a more pleasant shade of paint, and be done with it. But, after M&D Home Repair repaired and painted the walls in two other rooms, their skill, performance, and professionalism convinced us to ask for their help with the bathroom. They did a superb job. Our old, stinky bathroom now looks as if it belongs in a high-end hotel. M&D did an amazing job, and we couldn't be more pleased.
