Maid To Please

Did a great job overall. Although I had a coupon good for a hour and a half worth of cleaning, the girls stayed an extra 15 minutes to complete all the aforementioned work. I was surprised to notice that they even rinsed out a couple of plates that were in the kitchen sink, and made the bed in the master bedroom. The bathrooms were sparkling clean after they left and the house smelled great. I think I'm going to jettison my previous cleaning company and sign on with maid to please. Good job!!!!

Not well. I don't know what happened, but the crew did not dust and did not do a good job vacuuming. Our sitter said that they (2 people) were only there for a half hour, which is not enough time for a cleaning. I am disappointed.

I have used Maid to Please for years, mainly because I trust them to show up when scheduled, I don't worry about broken or damaged items, and I think their price is outstanding. Their cleaning can sometimes be a little bit inconsistent, but I feel that the only way to achieve perfection is to clean myself to my standards. They do the rooms that are the most important to me, like the bathroom and kitchen, well. I can't compare to other services since I haven't used any others. But I have gotten some price quotes. I don't think you can beat Maid to Please for the price.

This was a really cleaning service. With one day's notice Maid to Clean was able to send 2 ladies out to my house to do some cleaning. Their next day service was a huge reason I went with them. The cleaning was very thorough. Especially the kitchen and bathroom. But they even vacuumed my couches and did my dishes. I felt I got a great value. They did a nice job.

arrived on time (early), brought their own cleaning supplies, did not stop work until finished. Spoke good english.

We are extremely happy with Maid to Please. We originally learned of the service through a Groupon deal, and have had them come out several times since, for regular and move-in cleanings. They are prompt, courteous, and very thorough. They cleaned things I didn't even realize needed or could be cleaned. We have had no problems with any of their service. Everything is easy, from setting up a schedule to knowing what time they are going to come and being comfortable with them in our home. We've tried out a few cleaning services, and Maid to Please has been our favorite - I'm very happy with their service.

They always call the day before to let me know what time they are going to come out. They're always on time. They do a really nice job,. Every cleaner I've had previously has disrupted up my electronic equipment and they didn't tamper with anything. They don't mind using different products if I ask either. They are very efiicicent.

She gave me a quote over the phone, based on the size of the house and what I wanted done. They came when they said they would and cleaned the house very well, and charged me less than the original quote. The house smelled very clean and looked great when I went through after they finished. I was very pleased with the work.

They are timely and efficient. They always call before they come. I have not been disappointed with them; they have done well. They price is comparable.

They did a fairly good basic cleaning and removed the trash. They often missed spots on floors or countertops, or forgot to clean something I'd asked them to clean, such as kitchen cabinet handles. They were fairly polite and easy to talk with, and they offered to come back and re-clean areas with which I was not satisfied, but they didn't give my house the deep, thorough cleaning and sanitizing I was hoping for.

We are very happy with their overall cleaning and would highly recommend Maid To Please.

Fine. They were on time, pleasant, quiet, efficient and organized. Overall it was a good, though not spectacular cleaning. They could have been more thorough in dusting, and the tile floor was left w/ some standing dirty water, but the bathrooms, hardwood floors, and kitchen surfaces got very thorough treatment. Company honored the Angie's List discount, and was able to schedule me on short notice within my time frame. Fee was to cover up to 2 1/2 hours of time and they stayed just under 2 hours. The additional 30 to 45 minutes could have been spent really finishing some of the things that would have made me give an A rather than a B on the quality and price ratings.

They do a good job overall. I have had a few problems I've called about, and they always responded promptly and fixed the problem. It has been a pleasure working with them. I would recommend them to others.

At first, I had some problems with them involving miscommunication because they got my first cleaning screwed up but after that, it all came together. I like that the same people come out every time that way I know who is in my home. I would say that they are above average.

Their prices are great. They usually call the day before to remind us they are coming, and call the day after to see how the cleaning went. There have been a few scheduling mix-ups over the course of the 4 years we've used them, but generally we've been happy. They have a key to get in and we've never had a problem. Sometimes we're home when they clean, sometimes we're not. It's almost always the same couple that comes to clean, and they are very nice. I would call it a basic cleaning though - they are not deep cleaning. If you want furniture pulled away from the walls and your baseboards and windowsills periodically cleaned as part of the service, you'll be disappointed. But if you want just a basic cleaning service for a really good price, I can recommend them.

Overall they do a good job. They are supposed to do a deep cleaning every other time and I can't tell that that happens. Also sometimes the cleaning of the upholstery and the pillows is not great. I am rarely home when the cleaning happens and I have never had any issues. Several times I have had to reschedule and getting back on the regular rotation has taken a couple of calls.

They were great. They did a very good overall cleaning. They call the day before to confirm the time and then show up reliably on time. They use different crews, so one crew may be slightly better than another, but in general I'm very pleased.

We had about five weekly cleanings and were reasonably satisfied with one of them -- the rest were unsatisfactory. I called a few times to let them know what hadn't been done well, but never saw improvement. When I tried to have a final cleaning scheduled, they twice lost the request and didn't show up, so I finally had them just mail back my key (which they did, via registered mail -- so that was fine). I liked the claim in their advertising that each time they would do general maintenance cleaning, plus one area of detailed cleaning -- but if they ever did the detailed cleaning we couldn't tell. Also, their paperwork claims they leave a comment card after every cleaning but we never saw one. Overall, very disappointing and I would definitely not recommend this service if quality matters. The price was lower than others, so if you want low price and only mediocre quality, this service might be OK for you.

Very good work and very professional office staff. The best cleaning company I have used so far. They even call to check on their cleaning the next day.

I LOVE THIS COMPANY! I AM SO PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. MY HOME ALWAYS LOOKS SPOTLESS. THE CLEANERS ARE FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THEY DO SO WELL GETTING THE WORK DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
