Description of Work: I tried them out and they did better than two other outfits. They have cleaned my house once a month for two years now.

Description of Work: Our experience with Maid to Please was through their Baltimore office. They did a deep cleaning of our 4 bedroom, 4000 square foot house. The cleaners themselves were on time and professional. They did an excellent job in all the rooms. I was especially impressed that they were able to clean parts of my stove that I had never been able to get clean before. They spent about four hours completing the job, and my house sparkled from top to bottom when they were done. | |The online scheduling and pricing was so easy, as you can simply enter the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and extra rooms you have, and it will give you a price quote right away, along with allowing you to schedule the date and time frame you'd like. | |I would definitely use them again when I need my house cleaned, the convenience, service and price were all spot on!

Description of Work: They cleaned the 1st and 2nd floor of my home. I was pleased overall with the work they did. I did have a problem with the first crew of cleaners and the company was willing to send a new crew and the cleaning they have been providing has been much better. If you are willing to call the office and let them know of your issues they will address them.

Description of Work: The first cleaning was thorough and the manager has been responsive but the next 2 cleanings were decreasingly thorough. After I first mentioned being disappointed to the manager, she asked if I'd like to have a different crew. I declined and the same crew came again last week. They missed a bunch of dusting and we're not thorough in the bathrooms and kitchen. I left a message on Saturday asking for someone to call me back to discuss the last cleaning. Have not heard from anyone yet.

Description of Work: They came on time. However, the price quoted on the phone was $180 when they finished they told my $200. they didn't half dust, baseboards bedroom, top of china cabinet was still full of dust. Uh!! I don't think I will use them again

Description of Work: I bought a deal on Angie's List for Maid to Please. I called the NoVa number & was referred to the "Alexandria number" -- I live in Arlington. The gentleman who answers the phone was courteous & helpful. My service was booked within less than a week. As it was the first time in a couple of months that I had a maid service, I decided to go with the "deep clean" which cost me a bit more than my voucher was worth. And oh was it worth it! I couldn't have been more pleased with the service & just set up a monthly service with them.

Description of Work: I received excellent service in September and today Oct 3rd. I am satisfied with their service and will continue having them come monthly.

Description of Work: We had them out for the first time and they did an amazing job!! My fiancé was a little unsure but when he walked into the very clean house he was sold!! And I have already recommended them to a friend! Can't wait until they come again next month! :-)

Description of Work: I contacted this company to ask if they serviced my area at clean@maidtoplease.net , no response to date (10/01/11). There was no kick back email and this was the email listed. It's common courtesy and good business to return customer queries. I also reported this to Angie's list when they "checked in" to see how things were going. I thought they might be able to shed some light on the issue at least validate the email adress but I guess that's not their job.
