Mr Escobar called me back immediately and came to Woodbridge from Falls Church on a Saturday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable about A/C. He was thorough, courteous, and just a nice honest man. He explained what needed to be done and fixed my problems. The charges were very reasonable and I trusted him to not add things that were not necessary to fix my unit. I would use him again and recommend him to friends and family. He was a blessing on a 94 degree day to myself (73 years old) and my 18 1/2 year old cat!! Thank you, Mr Escobar!

Where another company told me the problem couldn t be solved without a new HVAC system, Magna Tech fixed the problem and gave me a realistic prognosis for the system.

Albert responded very quickly to my request for AC repair, diagnosed the problems quickly, and resolved both issues in the same visit. Will definitely be using him again for any HVAC problems.

Five stars all the way, and the ONLY reason I give 4 stars for the value, is that I have no idea what the repair would have otherwise cost me. But Albert was professional, courteous and willingly explained my options and made recommendations. Highly pleased with the service provided.

I called for a quote to replace my air conditioner. Albert gave me a quote but said I could get away with just replacing the motor for much less. He also cleaned out the coils. He took the time to answer my questions and explain how it all works.

Magna Tech was very responsive and professional. I will definitely be using them for any future AC problems.

Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. I intend to call upon Magna Tech Temp Air, Inc when I'm ready to purchase a new HVAC system. Thanks again for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Well done!!!

Excellent communications on time and quick worker.

Albert is not only a superb technician and businessman, but he's very friendly and honest. He called promptly to schedule a same day visit on Memorial Day with no holiday premium charge. The cost to check the system was very reasonable and applied to any parts needed for repair. He showed up on time following a 30min heads up call and our AC is working after replacement of a minor part that had failed. Finding Albert is like finding a good auto mechanic you continue to call with any future needs. We look forward to a long relationship with Magna-Tech and seeing the business thrive.

Albert was wonderful. He has such a warm friendly manner and works well with difficult tenants. He is honest and communicates well. Very trustworthy. He is in the process of replacing the heating/AC unit at our rental property and was able to arrange his follow up appointment with the tenant, explaining in advance that he would be bringing additional people. He has a great personality and is very thorough.

Quality of the work is good. But, I did not appreciate that he charged me $199 for a furnace igniter (including installation) that cost $30-$40 retail especially when he already charged $80 to walk in. Other than that we are happy with the service.

Excellent service and replacement of entire HVAC done in less time than planned!
