M Professional Painting

The owner responded promptly to our request for an estimate and the pricing was very good. However, there was a miscommunication regarding paint color choices that was not discovered by me until the entire bedroom had been painted the wrong color. Luckily, I had sent a very detailed email with my paint and finishing choices. Once it was confirmed that the mistake was not on my end, the correct color was purchased (at the company's expense) and the room was properly painted. There was a bit of back and forth between the owner (who speaks primarily Spanish) and his wife (who speaks both English and Spanish) and handles his calls and coordinates the work, but I was satisfied that the room was finally painted as I expected. Unfortunately, after the painters left and I was putting the bedroom and bathroom back together, I discovered that the inside of the linen closet was painted the wrong color! For some reason the linen closet is painted the same color as the bedroom instead of the same color as the walls in the bathroom. It's only a closet, and I was not interested in the time and effort it would take to have the company come rectify this mistake. I was initially very satisfied with the exterior painting which looks fantastic. However, after only a couple of months the paint on the shutters started to chip away. I have yet to call and complain about this issue. Overall, I would recommend this company with a bit of caution. The work is done well, the painters were professional and courteous, and their prices are very competitive. However, I would suggest checking all paint cans for the proper color choices before the work commences.

Cost wise they were good. They were professional and great to work with. Manny and his wife are very responsive. They got everything done quickly. Everything went great.
