Great. Takes a while though.

Took riding mower in for periodic maintenance and diagnosis; blade lost power in thick grass. Received mower after completion without service ticket or invoice. Blade still wouldn't cut thick grass. Returned to L&L for service after lengthy discussion with manager, who stated in 30 years, they'd never had anything returned. After diagnosis, was returned to me again, but still wouldn't cut thick grass. Again, no service ticket. Decided to repair myself, discovering blade drive belt warranted replacement, an elementary maintenance item. Mower worked fine afterwards. Their inability to diagnose and repair this basic item twice casts doubt on their credibility.

We just happened to be in looking at outdoor furniture, and asked if they had plastic inserts for the feet of our wrought iron furniture. They most certainly did, and the fellow knew who the maker was and where we actually bought it, based on our description. We have used them many times since we've lived in Ashburn for 18 years, and we love their knowledge and service.

We only ended up paying them for the estimate. The estimate was too high and we decided not to repair the lawn mower. So we ended up spending $40. They were very organized. They gave us a lot of good clear information when we called them on the phone. Everything was exactly like they told us it would be when we arrived at the store. It was a real positive experience. They were very honest and easy to deal with. We felt that they did a very good job for what we used them for.

The company is very responsive. They have loaner mowers they allow clients to use until theirs are ready to be picked up. I don't know yet how much my repair bill will end up but just the friendliness and professionalism of the staff will bring me back anytime I need services they provide.

They did a great job. My mower had simply stopped - I couldn't even pull-start it. They fixed it up good as new and had it back to me in two weeks.

Have used L&L to purchase power equipment, fire place tools, and bar-b-que supplies and accessories. They maintain a good stock of power equipment, are knowledgeable for proper selection, and offer maintenance services for them as well. I recommend them.

We have been customers of Lawn and Leisure for many years (patio furniture, fireplace screen, etc.). When we were shopping for a new wood stove insert and a new gas fireplace, they were on our list of potential vendors. After doing our homework, we decided that Lawn and Leisure had the best prices and quality installers. Since both units had free promotional items that were already standard on the models we were purchasing, Tom gave us credit for the items. The two installers that he uses were so much more reasonable in their rates. One vendor was going to charge $2700 for the same wood insert installation that we paid $900. While we did have to call to check on the delivery status, once everything was delivered to the store, coordination with the store and the two installers was handled by the store so that the materials were delivered right when the installers arrived. We are very please with the look, installation, and performance of the two fireplaces and the attention that we received from Lawn and Leisure. We'll be bavk in their showroom next summer after I finish building a deck and gazebo.

Lawn is Leisure are fair in their pricing and very convenient to where I live. One could get products possibly a little cheaper at a box store or big hardware chain but one would not get the level of service or proximity of location.

They are usually quick and have the work completed in about a week. They are friendly and we have been pleased.

I knew exactly what I wanted. The salesman was in training and he made a few mistakes. As soon as I worked with the manager, everything was great. He was wonderful and very helpful. We love our leaf blower and we will use their service again.

The service was good and they were helpful. They set everything up including the oil and the gas. They showed me how to use it. I also asked for the best deal and they followed through. I was pleased with the service.

The service was good and they were helpful. I wish they would have better explained the product. The manufacturer designed the saw with a manual chain oil feature. When the saw is running, the chain is oiled automatically. However, once the chain stops, oil is still dripping so oil spilled on my garage floor but luckily I had cardboard down.

The price was competitive and they were very helpful. It is an outstanding operation.

Their service has been great and they are the only place my husband will purchase his lawn mower from. They are very helpful and have a great selection. They are close by and we are extremely happy with them. They are willing to help and really seem to know what they are doing. They are knowledgeable and provide great customer service.

They always provide helpful suggestions and really explain their products. They always help me find the product that best serves my needs. Their service is outstanding! I do pay more compared to other stores, but I get the benefit of their expertise. They sell high quality products and they value hiring knowledgeable employees who are interested in the products.

The experience was generally good. Our initial salesperson was very informative about the mower but was mistaken about a couple of company policies, especially the cost of delivery. They also failed to fill the gas tank before bringing it to my house. I cannot comment on the cost because I did not comparison shop. I knew pretty much what I wanted and was pleased with the range of choices in the display room.

My lawn mower would not start and was leaking gas. Brought it in for service and was given an estimate of $150 for a full tune up. When I received the lawn mower back it looked brand new. Not only did they rebuild the carburetor (new gaskets etc and cleaned it out), but power washed the unit. They also sharpened the blade and changed the oil. The mower run excellent and starts on a single pull. The did such a good job, I decided to buy a blower there also. That was about $200, they gassed it up added the oil and started it for me right there, also showed me how to best use the easy start process. I will all my lawn tools here from now on, much better products and service than the typical Lowe's or Home Depot.

Well. Very good communication as to what was needed for the mower. The only problem had to do with the pick up time. It would have been better if I had been notified about the delay without my having to call. However, the mower was ready for delivery (which was on time) s ooner than had been anticipated.
