Description of Work: I brought my lawn mower in for the $100 tune-up service. Paid $40 bucks for them to evaluate the unit but due to the work needed to be done the bill would have acceded $200, which is more then the mower is worth. They were professional and provided a replacement mower (24hr loaner), and provided insight that it was not worth paying the money to have mine fixed. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism!

Description of Work: Excellent customer service - people appear to be genuinely interested in providing solutions. I had used the company in the past for some larger purchases (smoker, etc.), and this time I was just looking for replacement parts for a leaking fuel line on the primer system of my gas trimmer. They spent several minutes determining that they didn't have the parts for my trimmer, but gave me a good recommendation on where to locate them. On the way out, I inquired about parts for a chair on an out of production lawn chair. A couple weeks later I got a call to tell me that they had located replacement parts.

Description of Work: The whole experience of lawnmower repair was great! I called the company about a repair to the lawnmower (self-propulsion stopped) and they said it would take about a week to repair due to the current volume of repairs. I asked if they could do it earlier and they said they would try. Also, I included a tune-up in the request. the work was done early and the lawnmover was ready for pickup just when I needed it. It runs like new! I definitely recommend them for lawnmower repair

Description of Work: They tried to repair a blower but the cost was too high so they replaced it instead. They have always been very helpful and do a great job!
