At least twice a month EVERY month, they didn't come to empty our dumpsters, and we'd have to call them and beg for service, which they always promised would come but then wouldn't. Our dumpsters would be overflowing and we'd have to store our trash in the kitchen. The week that broke the camel's back, they didn't come ONCE. We called and they said sorry, there wasn't a truck in the area. So we asked if we were going to get refunded for the week, and SHE TOLD US NO. They were going to charge us for a service we were not receiving? When pressed, she said she'd run it up to the top of the company but it was unlikely we'd get refunded. She said it was because they were going to send a truck out the following Tuesday (4 days later), as a truck would be in the area. I should HOPE it would be in the area, since that was my NORMAL PICK UP DAY. So basically she offered to send the truck over on our usual pick up day to make up for having NO pick up for an entire week, and then refused to issue us a refund for the week of no service. Attempts to contact anyone higher than her failed. When we talked to our original sales rep, he actually advised us to cancel the service. After six months of dealing with no pick ups and this insanity, we finally switched to Waste Management. It's been almost two months since the switch and we haven't had to call WM ONCE to remind them to pick up our trash. For the first time since we opened, we don't have to worry about whether or not we'll have a place to store our trash, and it's honestly so liberating. Don't try and save a couple bucks on this service. They WILL screw you over, they will steal your money, and make sure that you regret ever trying to save $10/month. Run far, FAR away.
