Do not hire this guy. Overpriced and lazy.

The work was done and the windows don't leak anymore. This was our priority. however: -damage to the inner sills that the contractor caused was "fixed" by sanding the sill down so you can't see the edge of the pry mark and enlarging the gap between the sill edge and the window so it looks bowed. -there was a LOT of caulk used. A lot. There would be less caulk involved if the pieces are sized/cut to fit properly. -the caulk used the first time around wasn't an outdoor caulk and washed away causing the contractor to have to come back out.
