Came when they said they would. Brought all the materials and replaced our window frame and all in 3 hours. Not only knowledgeable but very courteous and friendly. Our window looks wonderful and I would certainly use them again!

we had /have leaks inside of our box window. We hired this business to find where the water leaks are coming from and to fix the leak problem. Juna did not even bother to look around and investigate in finding the problem area! He simply caulked over the old caulks, without even cleaning the surface first. Since our windows are sitting high, rather than use a ladder, he hangs out from the window and started caulking! He only re-caulk three sides of our windows rather than all four sides of it! Overall this business seems to have no care for the customer and their problem. They are after making a quick buck for the very poor job that they do. He charged $300 for caulking the 3 sides of bedrooms windows!! I do not recommend this business for any type of job. The worst home project experience ever!

They picked up the screens of our three screen doors and returned them two weeks later. The work seems to have been well.

Needed 4 window balances repaired and 4 new screens. Juna met all its agreed commitments as scheduled and replaced the old screens with a higher quality fitted screen. They know windows and I’d certainly recommend them to anyone needing window repairs or replacement.

Guy did not seem like he wanted to do job. Was just making prices up in his head with no measurements or anything. Wanted to charge me the same I am paying for two new windows to just repair it.
