Description of Work: Replace control card for heat-pump that went out. Had to order part and return in one-week. They also provide our Fall/Spring check-ups and keep us running warm & cool (appropriately).

Description of Work: We purchased a new Hybrid Oil Furnace system and from start to finish the service was excellent. Mile, the sales guy was very good, very responsive, honest and knowledgeable about the options we had with respect to a replacement furnace (we just going to go down the standard oil replacement route). The installation team were just as good, clean tidy and respectful of the house, starting on time when they said they would. Final handover and system explanation was also on time and thorough and certainly done to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: The company replaced a hot water heater, coming within hours of my call, not making me wait at home, and installing the new unit quickly and cleanly. And they did so for about $200 less than other companies I called (many of which couldn't come the same day or had ridiculous wait-time windows).

Description of Work: Drain line from unit in attic was clogged. Called at 2:00 pm - technician was here by 3:00 pm - cleaned clogged line. Price of $95.00 was the normal service call price. Very pleased with such prompt service - technician was very professional and friendly. Would use again

Description of Work: My old heater was clanging and they came out and he oiled and tightened things. He explained that I had a 20 year old heater, but it was top of the line and he didn't want to start putting new parts in it when he couldn't find anything wrong with it. They just charged me for a service call. The clanging has stopped.
