Description of Work: We had Nugent & Sons come out to give us an estimate on an HVAC system, and although we didn't ultimately use them because of a special pricing deal that Costco was running at the time that we couldn't pass up, we were very impressed with their thorough estimate, their competitive pricing and the time that they took to walk us through our current set up and the options we had available to us. I felt more knowledgeable about our whole situation after our visit and would certain recommend them being included on anyone's list of potential options for estimating a new HVAC system.

Description of Work: Came out same day that our water heater cracked and flooded our living room. Came back next day to replace water heater. Service was great- only wish we would have been asked for input re new appliance as we might have gotten a more energy efficient one. Also, price seemed a bit high after talking with my neighbor who had replaced one. But, unfortunately it looked competitive with market.

Description of Work: The appointment was scheduled for a 4 hour window (10 am to 2 pm) and the technician called at 1:58 pm to tell me they were on their way. I had to tell them that they were outside their service window and that no one was available to let them in. Scheduling is a big part of the service industry and if they can't get to you, they should let you know. I will not be rescheduling with them.
