Super quick response! Luckily got scheduled for service the very next day, the crew was very nice, and everything was done quickly.

JNLC did the work for a townhouse with 3 floors (not end unit) but a 4x4ft area near the rooftop with hard-to-reach angle was missed. I called their office and they sent a worker the next day, free of charge. Customer satisfaction and professionalism are important to them and it surely shows. Thank you Carolina and Carlos. JNLC Home Appeal did a great job on our windows. They were polite, friendly and, most of all, professional. They arrived on time, set up quickly and worked efficiently. We had a couple of tough to clean windows, but they found a way. We would certainly hire them again.

I recently hired JNLC Home Appeal to pressure wash my house, and it has been a deeply disappointing experience. During the process, they broke two external house vent covers. They initially sent out a repair team who were unable to fix the damage properly. They attempted some temporary fixes and then left without completing the job. Since then, I've made multiple attempts to contact the company for updates or a resolution, but they have completely ignored all my messages and calls. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the lurch with unresolved damage caused by their service. I would not recommend JNLC Home Appeal to anyone looking for reliable and responsible home services. Their lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable.

Once we agreed on a price and date, the workers came and put in a good day’s work and did a fantastic job installing our Christmas lights and greenery! I will definitely use them again for lights and other jobs!!

The team who installed the lights went above and beyond. The company was very patient in asking me asking a lot of questions both before and during the installation. They only used materials that could be easily removed, which was a concern of mine.

The gutter team arrived as scheduled. We did a survey of the gutters on the 2-story home. The team of two led by Jose started right in getting the ladders and power washer out. They were done in a little over an hour. Both men were very professional.
