How did it go? Well, it went horribly. From the moment Todd Cerino did his walk-thru and looked me in the eye and said my back fence would be fixed, everything was down hill. For three months Todd obfuscated, pretended to be on my side, and did NOTHING. All Todd seemed to be able to do was send me condescending snippets of my lease as if I was unable to read. The fence was never fixed. To my landlord's credit, when I contacted them directly, we were able to make an adequate compromise. This was in SPITE of Todd. He stopped answering text messages in the exact moment when he would be needed to be a middle-ground in our conversations. If you care about tenants. If you care about landlords. If you aren't into being straight LIED TO, you should avoid Independent Property Management and Todd.

He's awesome! He's prompt and taken all the time to answer our questions. He's thorough and rented our home within 2 weeks of listing. He goes the extra effort to make sure your house is maintained. He is just a really neat person! We feel very secure leaving our house in his care.

He was very patient with me as a difficult client to be able to purchase certain types of properties. He would work with me to help define my desired homes. I have been working with him since May of 2009. His patience is shown by showing me over a 100 properties over a 3 year time period.
