I got an estimate done within a day, and got the job scheduled as soon as I made a down payment. The foreman and crew showed up on time at 7:30 am and worked all day until the job was complete, including running every zone and adjusting heads as needed, until about 6 pm. Very professional and a job well done. Will continue to use them for ongoing service needs and highly recommend for new installations.

Terrific experience. Considered three companies based on factors of former reviews, plan developed based on their understanding of our vision, scope of work, quality of products, and price. Though not the cheapest, we selected Hydro-Tech. Highly satisfied from start to finish. Billy came up with a plan that met all our requirements, offered us several scheduling options, arrived on-time and completed the work on-time. He and his team took the time to review the plan with us before they started, reviewed what they did after they finished, taught us how to use the system, and offered technical support going forward. At the end of the day, our lawn looked just as nice as it did before they started digging. They offered a military discount and another discount for scheduling within a certain (and reasonable) time frame. They also offered free winterization. It was great. Billy's customer service is excellent. The team installed the sprinklers with minimal disruption and you would never know that they had dug up the yard. They are a little on the pricey side, but I think you get what you pay for.

This is our fourth project with Illuminata/Hydrotech. Couldn't be happier with the level of service, professionalism, and quality. Billy the sales person is top notch. The install crew, led by Cesar, did a great job, treating our property like their own and showing significant pride in their work.

Hydro-Tech just completed a 6-zone irrigation system for our home. Their crew of 6 installed the system, designed by Hydro-Tech’s Billy McDonald, during a 9-hour day. Their workmanship as well as the quality of the installation and materials were simply outstanding. Rugged, securely-mounted conduit runs to the control box in our garage, all outside plumbing is heavy duty and the single above ground winterizing control is securely-soldered copper pipe. Over 40 underground spray heads were installed to cover our lawn, shrubs and landscaping. Hydro-Tech ran conduit under our driveway, flagstone sidewalk and throughout our property and excavated a 5 Ft. hole for access to our side of the water meter. Although some flowers didn’t survive, the restoration after all of this activity was absolutely remarkable – you might say almost unbelievable if you’d seen the process halfway through the day. One company we considered taps into the water supply in the basement. To us, that’s an unnecessary complication, another hole in the house foundation and an issue for emergency access should a problem arise when we’re not at home. Hydro-Tech’s water controls are all outside, including a rain sensor that halts irrigation when, of course, it rains, but we’ve seen a lot of irrigation systems running in the rain. This simple though certainly not unique device is another indication of the care, quality, engineering and experience behind Hydro-Tech’s efforts. Hydro-Tech’s price - and certainly value - was the best we found. Thank You Billy McDonald and Thank You Hydro-Tech!

My in-ground system was reworked so it is functioning again. The new controller is much easier to use and its use was explained in detail. I am in the technical field professionally and find the app intuitive and easy to use. The bottom line - you have a new customer that is very happy and will be referring your company to my neighbors and friends.

I have been using Hydro Tech for 15 years. They installed my system and have done all the maintenance. My system was damaged during foundation repair by another company. System repair was done on time and under their estimate. Highly Recommend!

Everything went about as perfect as I could have hoped for. Billy was great to work with, from the initial meeting all the way through to the final walk through of the system. The installers worked quickly and did a great job keeping the lawn disturbance to a minimum. Billy was always on time with his scheduled visits as well as the installers arrived when they were scheduled. Phone messages and emails were always promptly answered back. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly on my end working with Hydro-Tech.

I moved to my current home in 2016 and have used Hydro-Tech the first 2 years with no issue. In the Fall of 2017, Hydro-Tech came and shot down my system and charged me, I believe $200, which covered the Fall shut down and Spring turn on. In the Spring, I called...and called...let message after message. Once someone tried to call me back but I could not answer the phone. So I called, and called, and left message after the message. Bottom line, I could not get them to turn my system in the Spring, so I am done with them.

I was given a quote/contract which I signed and sent back. No one ever contacted me nor respond back when I called them. Lousy way doing business.

AVOID! Please, for your own good. I used Hydro-Tech irrigation for a few years. They have had to reschedule me once for a month after my desired date. They have not uncovered sprinkler heads covered with sod over the winter etc. However, this is MINOR compared to this last spring. In the previous winter they removed parts to the sprinkler system back flow preventer and handed to me for storage for the winter. Then in the spring they re-inserted the pieces and in the process they broke the back flow preventer. I asked them if they were going to repair it, they said they would. After a month after Hydro-Tech repaired the back flow preventer their personnel broke, i received a bill for $95.00. When I spoke to the Hydro-Tech billing, they tried to blame it on ME, by saying I left it in the garage. (I DON'T HAVE A GARAGE) If that was not bad enough, Hydro-Tech charged me a $40-$50 premium on the part that I could have replaced for no more than $46.00! So, Hydro-Tech lost all my future business over a $46 dollar part they broke, which they charged me $95.00. What a horrible company.

Hydro-Tech did an excellent job on the installation of our system. Yoni was very responsive. He did an excellent job explaining and demonstrating how the system works. The system works perfectly - I enjoy using the app for my iPhone. I would recommend Hydro-Tech and gladly use them again in the future.

Very well! The team was very professional and conscientious. They painstakingly ensured the sprinkler heads were properly positioned to ensure total coverage after major landscaping work was preformed on one of the hottest days of the year. Additionally the technician who installed the controller took the time to set up watering schedules and patiently walked me through how to use the new system and app.

Yoni was an absolute joy to work with - extremely responsive! The entire systems works wonderfully and I love the automated app for my smart phone. I would recommend Hydro-Tech and gladly use again in the future.

The company did excellent work. They arrived when they said they would and completed the tasks in a timely and expeditious manner. We were particularly impressed with the personal service. Billy McDonald came out to help us set up the application software on a Saturday morning, He also tweaked the system early on a Sunday morning so that our garden received proper watering on what was predicted to be a scorcher of a day. I would highly recommend Hydro-Tech Irrigation for their knowledge and great service.
