I liked their professionalism. They worked very quickly. Their price was very competitive.

Hydro-Tech provided an estimate back in the Fall of 2008. We received multiple estimates from other companies too but Hydro-Tech provided the most comprehensive package for the money. After delaying our decision to move forward with an irrigation system until this year we contacted Hydro-Tech in the late spring to finalize the price of the system (they were willing to negotiate the price down). Installation of the system occurred approx. 3 weeks after we signed the contract. The installers did a great job of removing the top layer of our lawn to preserve the grass. During the install they inadvertently cut the communication line to our home but were very apologetic and coordinated directly with the telecom company to place a temporary line in on the same day. The Hydro-Tech technicians even buried the new fiber optic cable so that it wouldn?t interfere with the irrigation system. About a week later another technician performed a detailed walkthrough of the system so I could program the system to irrigate to my needs. Also during the walkthrough minor adjustments to the irrigation devices were made which improved the water disbursement on the lawn and into the shrub areas. Overall, a great experience. Everyone involved with the process was prompt, courteous and conscientious of their work. Its now been about two weeks since the installation and the yard and landscaped areas are looking great.

Hydro-Tech prepared an estimate; I paid a deposit; I scheduled an install date with Hydro-Tech (This was the only flaw. I finally called them to set up the installation because I didn't hear from them for about a week after they cashed my deposit check.); Hydro-Tech called to reschedule the install because the ground was too wet (three days of rain); Hydro-Tech completed the installation on the rescheduled date without incident; Hydro-Tech customer service rep came back a few days later to check the system and train us on its lay out, operation, and features.

The overall experience was great. Steve and his partner came out on a Saturday to turn on the system. It was pouring down rain. They tried to turn the system on, but it turned out that our system was installed in correctly (not by HydroTech). The dug down into the ground (in the pouring rain) to try and locate the water valve. It was not to be found. Steve explained the way the system should be installed by code and said that they could do it if I wanted, but no pressure to make a decision. He also said that they would have to come back to investigate further when the weather was better. The scheduling office called on Monday to set up another appointment. Steve returned about a week later, located the water valve, unstuck a pump valve, adjusted the sprinkler heads and set up the control box. The thing I liked most was that he answered all of my questions, and explained everything as he went, including appropriate watering times for the zones. We have had other companies come out in the past, to do what Hydro tech did. I was always left with un answered questions and was left to adjust the sprinkler heads on my own, and to guess at the watering times. It was truly a breath of fresh air. I will be using them moving forward.

Perfectly, and I do not say that lightly. We have had mediocre experiences with a number of service providers.

Andy and the crew at Hydro-tech installed a complete irrigation system for our yard in an existing home we purchased in 2008. Andy came promptly when called and provided an estimate and a complete description of the design of the system and the types of heads that would be used. The crew came on the date promised (work was done within 3 weeks of the estimate as promised) and was completed in 1 day. The entire crew was professional and well mannered. Everything went basically as planned with no bad surprises. Yes the yard was dug up and took time to recover, but nothing more than I would have expected for this type of work. We called them back for several adjustments for the irrigation and lights and they came back promptly and addressed all of our concerns (nothing serious, just some tweaks and filling of some holes that needed additional grading). Price was not the cheapest but was quite reasonable compared to other estimates we received, and in my estimation a good value for the quality of the work and the system installed.

While the actual service techs who worked on our existing system were great, the scheduling/office management people leave a lot to be desired.

Service was good-to-fair but a technician broke a wire connection to one zone and wired it to a second zone, resulting in too many heads for available water pressure and unsatisfactory performance. I terminated the service after a technician arrived early and my wife told him that he would have to move his truck because it was parked opposite a large SUV on a narrow street and traffic would have difficulty passing. Technician was unprofessional in his conversation with my wife and drove away. Even though I had pre-paid Hydro-Tec to winterize the system, I called another company and paid them and received better service.

It went very well. Everyone who worked on the job was amazing. They work like a well-synchronized army. It's really quite amazing. And, they came back a few times to adjust the nozzle heads to help me get the spray exactly where I wanted it... at no extra charge. They also give you a video about how to adjust everything and lots of reading material.

It was very good. They gave us an estimate and they came on time. The service was good and they were very professional. They were good about explaining things and I have no complaints at all.

Simply the best price, communication, installation, and service. None better.

Good overall experience. Sprinkler system which had been installed by previous owner developed several leaks at sprinkler heads. Contacted Hydro-Tech and set up appointment that suited my schedule (instead of the other way round). Repair crew showed up early for appointment and preceeded to dig up and fix every sprinkler in my 5 zone system. Crew of 3 worked for 4 hours. Repairs were completed and work was done in a professional manner.

I asked Hydro-tech for a high-end system and I have to say, as compared to other installations (from other companies) in my neighborhood, I got what I asked for! I have 7 zones, whereas my neighbors typically have 5. I have more heads per zone than what I have seen with other neighbors. So, with my neighbors installations and coverage to compare, I feel that I got great service. They were on time and finished in about 7 hours (I have a 1/3rd acre). Thus far I have not had to call for service on the system, so I cannot speak to that issue. All-in-all, I have to say that I am happy with the Hydro-Tech.

Never started, you might as well try someone else if your not already a customer.

The prepared the estimate while I was away from home the email was provided that evening. The price was fair but we did find someone cheaper to do the same work.

They always show up on time and they did a great job. We are very pleased with all the work they have ever done for us.

They stand behind their work and have excellent front end staff that make appointments and do customer service work. They will also tell you if a project can wait until next year so it doesn't require cash out of pocket without use during the unused winter months.

They were very good. They sent a represtative here to communicate with us, the homeowners. Their sales person was very helpful as to where we needed water and made a great design for our house. The installers were very prompt and professional at all times. This was a great company.

HYDRO-TECH HAS BEEN SERVICING OUR RESIDENTIAL IRRIGATION SYSTEM FOR 5 YEARS. THEY ALSO DO LARGE COMMERCIAL JOBS, AND WERE THE PRIMARY IRRIGATION COMPANY FOR A MAJOR GOLF COURSE THAT I WORKED FOR. THEY ARE EXCELLENT, SEND OUT PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIAN,S AND ARE REASONABLE.

I THINK THEY ARE A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I HAVE HAD GOOD LUCK WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL AND COURTEOUS.

THE PEOPLE INVOLVED WERE PROFESSIONAL AND DID THEIR JOB WELL OTHER THAN ACCIDENTALLY CUTTING THROUGH THE ELECTRIC DOG FENCE IN AN EFFORT TO FIND PART OF THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM.
