Working with David Reese, Mike Groves, and Juan Cruz and company has been an absolute pleasure. I used another company at a previous residence years ago and their work and follow up customer service was nothing compared to Hydro-Tech; I am so thankful I switched companies! Last summer I met with David and he thoroughly explained everything; his pricing was extremely competitive and fair. Installation was extremely professional; the crew did a fantastic job. But it is the follow up that truly distinguishes this company over their competition. They pride themselves on making sure the customer is happy and making sure the system provides the correct coverage. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Very pleased with the professionalism, fair price and excellent work

First an estimate was provided. Brad arrived on-time and thoroughly listened to my concerns and needs. Then, a competitive estimate was written and sent for my approval. As scheduled, the workers arrived on-time with each of them greeting me before starting work. They upgraded the existing sump pump drain and replaced it with a more comprehensive system. By connecting the exterior sump pump drain with four gutter downspouts then extending the pipe, runoff water can be used in a beneficial way. My erosion problem, caused by excess water concentrated in a small area, has been ameliorated. Additionally, extending the drain to an open area where I have created a wildflower garden amongst the trees, repurposes and conserves the water in an eco-friendly way.

I have been using Hydro-Tech for three going on four years. This includes two complete system installs and service. I can %100 recommend this company. Each time I worked with Dave Resse and he has been outstanding! From design, install, and service afterwards. Dave even came on the weekend to teach me how to adjust the sprinkler system. The second install was a big job that required synchronizing with a Sod company. Dave and Hydro-Tech did an outstanding job! System and Sod were install in coordination under a week! Dave is extremely responsive via phone, text and email, his customer service is great and an appreciated. Hydro-Tech saved me a ton of money and time; and the yard looks great!

Everything was great from start to finish. They were quick to respond to my request for an estimate, and when the installation day came there crew was thorough and professional. I highly recommend them!

The whole process was seamless from the sale to the installation to the post-installation walk-through and explanation. Highly professional and a competitive price. The work was far less disruptive than I expected and the after it was done you could not tell the work had happened: their restoration work was very good. We are fully satisfied so far!

Everything went extremely well. The work was well-designed, was done on schedule, and was done in a professional manner by very knowledgeable people.

Better and Better! We’ve had our HydroTech irrigation system for almost a year now and our lawn and landscaping have never looked better. It’s simple (and actually enjoyable, especially compared with dragging hoses around) to turn the system on and off based upon the amount of rain each week. Problem areas near driveway corners are doing well, and the gentle spray provided by the sprinklers installed by our flowers has keep them looking their best. The HydroTech team has provided expert “turn on” and “turn off” service. In the spring, they were happy to tweak spay patterns to cover a few new plantings as well as a bit more coverage at the edge of our property. And we continue to admire the heavy-duty irrigation system piping and conduit – far more substantial than do-it-yourself solutions we’d investigated. We also discovered another HydroTech benefit several months after installation. When we leave our home for a trip, we turn off the main water valve in the basement to assure a copper pipe “pinhole leak” (we’ve already had one) or other malady doesn’t cause a mess in our absence. HydroTech, unlike the other sprinkler company we’d investigated, taps into our water supply near the street. This tough-to-install approach done at no extra charge permits us to run our sprinklers when away and still guard against an unmonitored water leak in our home. Brilliant! Great job HydroTech!

Everything looks beautiful. The sales teams and Install teams both understood the project which save me time. David was able to help me reuse all the equipment while upgrading to new equipment. My lighting looks fabulous .

They quickly made any changes that I wanted to the original plan. Great communications. The irrigation system is easy to use and the lawn coverage from the overlapping sprays turned out perfectly. Installation went well. The crew showed up on time and finished the installation quickly. They were courteous with our family and cleaned up after themselves. The salesman followed up to check on the installation and a technician adjusted the system and gave me an overview the next day.

Great. Hydro Tech installed our system just over a year ago. Recently we had new landscaping added to the property and the system needed to be expanded slightly and upgraded in coverage. They came the next day after our call to do an assessment and estimate -- and had the crew there within about 3 days of our accepting the offer. 800

I had more than 3 estimates given by different companies. I definitely went with the right company. The topography of my yard made it a complicated installation. They were honest when they gave me an estimate that my yard presented challenges. I found them to be professional, skilled & trustworthy. They were persistent with every challenge my yard presented. They were very responsive, determined & provided excellent follow up services. I would hire them again & would recommend them to my friends.

We have a large yard with complex and varied watering needs. Hydra Tech did a masterful job of planning the layout and the installation crew was exemplary: prompt, efficient, courteous, hardworking, and precise. Couldn’t imagine a better experience.

Actually it went VERY well! The team/crew were all very professional; they made it a point to take all the items dug up from the ground to be dumped somewhere else. Where I was thinking I would have to let the trash pick-up do this job. But not in this case. The pricing, for what we have now and what we wanted/needed was extremely fair, and affordable. I would recommend them at the drop of a hat. Names to remember are Ron (who knew his stuff for sure) did the final tweaking and walk through, Chris Space - very likeable and pleasant to work with set up the project, and Mike Grove - always replied (if it wasn't Chris) to all my calls and emails. A pleasant experience for sure... now I'm just waiting on the "water bill"!!! lol

On April 26, 2019 Billy McDonald presented, explained the companies culture and the work that needed to be done, and drew up the contract in very professional way, He was just the best! Cost $ 4,118.00. Sign the contract, sent in my $2,059..00 deposit the following day requesting the start date be delayed a month to May 28th 2019. Today May 28th 2019 at 8:00AM this morning Gilberto knock at he door, introduced himself as a member of the Miguel Group, had me accompany him around my property an we discussed the work to be done. Gilberto was very aware of the work to be done. Then he introduced me to me Miguel an then the work began. Miguel and his group did an outstanding job. Very friendly, hard working caring group. Mr. Briddell these are very good workers that you and your company can be proud of. In my book you all are just the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!! J Hart

We received excellent service from Mr. Billy McDonald and his colleagues. He responded immediately to our request for assistance. He took charge in a pleasant manner and quickly re-conceived the system design, considerably improving it. He made use of the existing piping and heads where possible, and the control panel, saving us money. The implementation was efficient, and a few initial adjustments needed were done promptly. We based our use of Hydro-Tech, and of Billy in particular, on the recommendation of our landscape firm, so we did not bid the job.

Outstanding. Chris Space was the sales person. He was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure we understood our options and follow-up on the installation and post installation. The installation crew did an excellent job as well.

Very well. In particular, Billy McDonald, our salesperson, has been excellent. He is responsive, timely, knowledgable and, most importantly, takes care of his customers. No complaints with him at all. Would definitely recommend him.

Had a window of 12-5 scheduled with Hydro-Tech. Waited all day. They never showed. Called the company line and received the message that their business hours were from 8-4 this no one was available to help me.

Recently, they threatened me that they gonna send a deal to collection agency. They are arrogant, the job was not done. I would never hire them again.
