They actually had to redo their work. They put a wrong color on our roof and then they had to redo that work. Once they realized their mistake they actually redid the work free of course. The price was comparable to all the other providers out there. The quality was excellent. We had to go after them quite a bit for them to come fix it. We had to talk to the top people there to just get them to respond to our issue that we had with the color. They were pretty punctual once we got a date out of them. We didn't expect them to make a mistake regardless. The workers were good. They did a good job and they cleaned up themselves.

We had an accident while chanigng the trim and vanity in our powder room and hit a supply line. HC&R's representative was very responsive and showed up withing an hour and a half of our call, even moving a few previously scheduled appoitments to do our repair. We had to shut off all our water lines. The representative was very clear in what the repair work would be and the price up front. I felt the price was fair and felt no indication that they were trying to take advantage of our timing. The HC&R representative was very professional and took off his boots when in the house and cleaned all the mess mdde by his repair. I found this to be especially responsive given the whole room is being renovated at the time.
