Description of Work: Rather than automatically charging me for new windows, pointed out they were still under warranty (despite being 12+ years old) and pointed me in the right direction to get them replaced by the manufacturer.

+ -1 moreI spoke with Anne, the wife of the company owner, and she was friendly, responsive and helpful, but the company and her could not get organized to get me a quote. There was always some sort of excuse. In my world that is just unexceptible. I genuinely feel bad because Anne is very nice, but I am looking for quality services and not a best friend.
Description of Work: No services were performed. It took over 3 weeks to get a quote before I decided to move on to another vendor who had been very helpful.
