Excellent work. They did exactly as we discussed and did not nickle and dime me on minor changes.

The experience was excellent. I have never had a home improvement project go as well as this did. Workers arrived as early as 8 am and worked until 5 pm. Each was clearly a professional and had worked with the company for some time. While Hector Lopez, who was in charge of the project, was on site first thing in the morning most days--but not every day, the on-site supervising worker responded to any questions and was entirely reliable in ensuring that the work moved ahead. Materials arrived each day for that day's work. The crew cleaned up the area at the end of each day. The work crew included workers who were each experts in a particular phase: removing the old concrete; laying the new concrete driveway base; building the concrete extension for the stairway; laying the pavers; and cutting pavers to fit in a decorative edging. I compared the pricing to another company highly recommended on this site and the other company stated that any estimate for the driveway would begin at a price that was 30% more.per square foot than charged by Great Falls. That is a huge difference and I can only imagine that the cost of the work on the stairs would have been higher by at least that amount. The work was completed in 5 days, with another day's work yet to be done to lay down one more treatment of the polymer sand. I should add that Mr. Lopez developed the concept for extending the porch area of the concrete steps leading to the front door of my house, which considerably improved the entry area for the house. He also was able to identify the make and type of pavers previously used in the walkway so that he could purchase the same ones for the project. Also, I was pleased that the workers took up the paver walkway that had been laid over 5 years ago in order to relay it on new sand and fill it with polymer sand (which was not used at that time)--something that I did not request, but which added to the final finished appearance. They also power washed the old pavers and the concrete apron of the driveway, in order that they would closely match the color of the new pavers in the driveway and stairs. I can recommend this company unreservedly.

They are decent at their job. They were not great at their service. I felt like the guy who came over here to do the work was kind of chauvinistic. He was really impatient with me. As far as the actual service, they would not come out on the proper day. The work itself was good.

They were very excellent. They did a great job.
