Description of Work: Storm window latch repairs, rescreening of existing screens, repair of broken screen frames. Replacement of window panes with broken seals.

+ -1 moreWe agreed on the price, they ordered the window. Called when they were ready and came over and replaced. Very smooth transaction, great workmanship and I am extremely happy with the final product.
Description of Work: They replaced a broken picture window that has been cracked for over 20 years. Never replaced it because I thought it would be expensive. Found them on Angie's List, called for an estimate, and a couple of weeks later I am all fixed.

Description of Work: Very professional, customer focused, responsive service!! I called one day and we had an appointment the next day for a review of what was needed to repair our windows. A few days later, we had an appointment to do the required repairs to our windows. The technicians arrived on time. Both technicians were professional, respectful, answered all my questions, and performed their work with no issues. The price was reasonable and I cannot make enough good remarks about this great company!! If I ever need window or glass service in the future, I will call Great American Glass Company in a heartbeat already knowing the quality of service I will receive and the job will be done right. I have already highly recommended them to others.

+ -1 moreGreat American glass was extremely easy to work with in replacing my broken window pane. I had initially contacted a highly rated company on Angie's list to give me a quote to repair the same window. The other company's price was $90 more and claimed they needed to use a ladder to access the window from the outside of my house. They also told me it would take them 10-15 business days to get the glass. Great American Glass company came to my house on a Friday, measured the window and were able to obtain and install the glass the following Thursday. They were able to install the glass from the inside of my house as well. I'll definitely use them again.
