+ -1 moreThis is a father and son business as Frank is the owner and his son is the one who comes to do the work. I called them Saturday and they called back the first thing on Monday and they came that morning at 9 AM. The response was good and it was good that they were able to take care of the tenant quickly. I would call them again.
Description of Work: They had to replace an igniter as the heat elements would not turn on. This was in a rental unit. They have worked on the furnace and they replaced a fuse in the unit and they have put in freon and worked on the condenser in an air conditioning unit in the past as well.

+ -1 moreFrom start to finish this company provided excellent customer service. They were prompt, efficient, and thorough. When working up their estimate, they came out for a 2nd visit at no charge to us to thoroughly review with us their plans for the work prior to signing a contract. Additionally, 2 weeks after completing the work, they emailed us to ask if we were satisfied with the end result. We would highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Rerouted existing HVAC to improve efficiency and comfort, added HVAC for workshop, installed whole house humidifier.
