Very nice man. BUT HAS MANY ISSUES IN LIFE. Terrible with returning calls, terrible at timely work getting done I am flood damaged for over a year with very little painting, I had nothing but a refrigerator for 9 months. Today I have my old stove back in. I have my new floors in but no carpet no counters no usable cabinets. a small half bath is where I get my cooking water. I could go on and on and on. He hired another company to take over and THEY ARE THE SAME. DONT guess who bill USE THEM.

Overall experience: Fairly Poor. Flood Crew has in its flyer that it makes restoration easy. They pride themselves on professionally restoring property and exceeding expectations. They state they are reliable, available, and ready. We unfortunately did not receive the characteristics described in the advertisement. We remained positive as much as possible. There may be more issues undiscovered, but we will seek other ways to remedy them. Bill says he is the owner and if he prides himself on quality, we suggest he start with his team and find members that support his cause. If you are someone researching this company, consider whether you have a desire for timely, consistent, complete and valued work done the first time around. If so, it is highly recommended you go with another company. If you can wait for the company to show up whenever they can, accept apologies for behavior that should never have occurred, have little interest in overall quality, and really like Home Depot, you may be a better client for this company than we were.

They are very professional, very dog and kid friendly and they do beautiful work. After the flood they arrived very quickly to put the fans in even before insurance could react.

They mislead customers no timely promise service and project and never deliver

The technician was very pleasant. However, there were too many missteps before he started the job.

I needed to schedule a move out carpet cleaning for my townhome. Flood CrewVA was a recommended vendor for this service and they did not disappoint. The funny thing is that Flood Crew VA contacted me first while I was still “undecided” on choosing which carpet cleaning services. After speaking with Bill Martins, I just feel at ease going with their services. Bill was very professional and answered all my questions. He gave me a rough estimate which ended up being a fairly pricing. They followed up with me at least twice to making sure the scheduling date/time was still what we have previously discussed, which at that point helped me to make an informed decision about cleaning. Overall, Flood CrewVA quality of the work was excellent; they are responsive, professional, quick and their results are better than any company I have worked with so far. YES YES YES they “leave your home with carpeting that looks clean, smells fresh and is bacteria-free”. The carpet does not just looks clean, IT IS CLEAN LIKE NEW, even better than before and it smells fantastic. Some carpet cleaning claimed that they remove an average of 94% of the most common household allergen. WOW!!! In my opinion, Flood Crew VA remove not just the average of 94% but over 110% of the most common household allergen. I am very satisfied with Flood Crew VA (Bill Martins) and would highly recommend them should you need carpet cleaning services for your home.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, and the technician (?) they sent to clean my very old, stained carpets. As we have sold the house, and the new homeowners are planning to make changes, I did not want to go to the expense of replacing the carpet but did not want to turn it over with dirty carpet, either. I could tell from Eddie's face he was skeptical about being able to get the stains all the way out and told him I would understand if he was not able to do so. Eddie spent several hours working on the carpets. Once he finished, I was pleasantly surprised to find the stains were gone! (I was almost certain some of them were permanent.) I feel much better about turning the house over to the new owners with old, but clean, carpets. The price this company charges for such outstanding work is very reasonable and estimates are provided before anyone arrives at your door. They were also able to schedule the appointment for just a few days after I called; faster, in fact, than I was ready for the work to be done. Bill worked with me to find a date and time that fit my schedule. I highly recommend giving this company a call the next time you need your carpets cleaned.

Fire Stars all the way! Our water heater busted in the middle of the night, we called Flood Crew after seeing their reviews. Bill arrived on time, inspected the affected areas using moisture meters, even showed us how to prevent future issues. I couldnâ t be more pleased with their honesty!
