Bill did a nice job handling all the details with my insurance company. The team responded within a few hours of my asking for help and kept me informed throughout.

Bill and his team were a pleasure to work with. I hired them after my two story condo flooded literally on my second day there. I was a first time home buyer and was super overwhelmed but working with Bill made the whole ordeal manageable. The pricing was transparent and Bill thoroughly explained why each step was being done. When the contractors came in for the rebuild Bill would come by almost daily to check the progress and answer any questions I had. My walls were 4 different shades of blue and gray and they repainted each one exactly the color it was before the flood. Also, he was very flexible when I found myself hospitalized for over a week in the middle of the project. Bottom line, I would recommend Flood Crew. While I hope to never find myself needing these services, Bill would be my first and only phone call to get the job done.

We had a busted pipe and a flooded room on Christmas Eve. I called 3 total 24/7 flood-remediation companies and only Flood Crew was able to actually come help us out right away (dropped off and set up drying equipment Christmas Eve, then did the much-needed work mostly on Christmas Day). The owner, Bill, was easy to work with and they did a great job overall.

We have been using Bill for our carpet and upholstery cleaning for 5 years now. Always an excellent job done.

He arrived on time, was courteous but then became oddly overfamiliar, wanting a key to the house , access to security codes, then kept coming back, some of which i did not agree with and he flat out told us he doesn’t listen to the homeowner, he does what he wants. It was borderline stalker behavior. After a week of dealing with him I removed his equipment and told him if he tries to come into our house again we are calling the police.
