We bought a new build that used Falcon to install our HVAC system. Every year since we moved in we've had issues with the AC system. Last year we noticed a leak in our wall AC unit, which they found was due to a refrigerant leak. The first technician who came to inspect it told us we should probably have the part replaced. Instead, the next technician who came to repair it simply taped it. A year later we are experiencing what seems to be another coolant leak. We just had our inspection before our warranty expired two months ago due to weird noises coming from this unit and were told they couldn't find anything. Now that we are outside the warranty period even after voicing concerns, they are trying to charge us. The entire experience from scheduling an appointment time to talking to someone from their customer support who actually tried to understand our situation was astonishingly horrible and time consuming--all the while being told they "stand by their work" and put customers first. We kept getting empty promises of a manager or someone who could escalate this issue to get back to us, yet we had to chase them down to get any clarification. They do shoddy work and try to escape all responsibility by throwing the blame around to different parts of their company. Just because the new construction part of the company put in the units doesn't void them of any responsibility--it's all still Falcon. You are better off going with someone else if they are going to make you pay for pre-existing issues anyways. At least other companies will probably stand by their work, unlike Falcon.

We built a house in 2020 and soon after moving in the upstairs AC unit had issues. The unit was leaking freon initially. Falcon Air who installed it sent their warranty team out to fix it but the unit did not cool the house down properly. Then summer 2021 the unit failed again. Once again Falcon sent their team out and we had to wait on a part for several weeks in August. The house was in the high 90s upstairs baking our new home. Finally, the part came in and they replaced it and the unit ran but when it got cold and that unit was part of the heat exchanger and it made a very loud dripping noise in one of the bedrooms. Loud enough you could not use the bedroom to sleep in. Called Falcon and they said they must have gotten air in the line and couldn’t do anything about it until the weather warmed up in Spring 22. They said they would return to fix it. Fast forward to Today 28 July and the unit has failed again. House is baking again and when I call them they transfer me from warranty to the company direct and they want me to pay on something that has never worked properly. I explain to him that it has never worked properly and should be fixed under the warranty. I told him the warranty dept keeps transferring me to them. He says the warranty techs have to fix it, but since they can’t seem to fix it, we can fix it but there will be service charges. I say those are your guys…the same guys!! He says, yes. Like that made sense. Im going to pay you now for something that hasn’t worked properly from day 1 rather than you send your best technician to get a plaguing issues finally resolved. I’m a regular citizen, 25 years retired military guy who only understands integrity, doing the right thing and taking care of people. I WOULD NOT USE FALCON AIR OF STERLING VIRGINIA IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. Falcon air is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, period

Today, Bert caulked our shower in the hopes that the leak is from a tiny hole, or crack, around the shower pan.

Falcon was great! Fixed our issue and even provided services on some features I was looking to add! Phillip, our Tech, was super helpful and very knowledgeable! Highly Recommend!

Philip did a great job he was on time professional and courteous. The only negative thing I have to say is I did find the part online much cheaper but Falcon did give me $150 off so it worked out ok.

The technician that came out for the semi-annual maintenance of our HVAC system was on time, knowledgeable and polite. He put on booties and properly wore a mask the whole time. This was our first home with a forced air system, and he answered all of our questions, and discussed the pros and cons of adding a humidifier to the system.

Falcon was very responsive and conscientious about keeping me informed regarding service visits and part ordering. They squeezed me in next day for the initial visit and offered an immediate solution once the part arrived. Erick was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained every step he took.

Philip and Henry have performed regular maintenance visits at my home over the past year or two, and I recommend each of them as very knowledgable and professional. Yesterday Elmer joined Henry and I'd add him to my recommended list as well. I appreciate HVAC technicians who who are thorough and take the time to explain the mechanics of the system, and thank Philip, Henry, and Elmer for sharing their skill and knowledge with me.

We had two service visits by Falcon techs: Edgar and Henry. Both were very knowledgeable, courteous and willing to communicate their findings throughout their visit. On this most recent visit, Henry replaced a third-party "smart" thermostat with the original Trane unit. He was able to correct the issue and. before leaving. confirmed that all modes of our rather complex two-stage heat, two-stage cool heat pump were operating properly. During the visit he willingly answered questions about humidifiers and service plans, which was appreciated. Falcon techs take appropriate Covid-19 precautions and wear foot coverings.

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. I bought my new home with Evergreene home builders. I was warned in advance by another Evergreen home buyer about Falcon HVAC and their terrible experience with Falcon installing a faulty system, coming out to repair countless times, basically running down the clock until the one year warranty ended. I should have listened! Our house is perfect except for one huge flaw: the HVAC installed by Falcon Heating and Air. We paid for 3 zones, and they only wired 2. For a solid year, they have come back to try to diagnose why our HVAC did not work in all 3 zones. A third party diagnosed the problem. Falcon Heating and Air has turned out to be every bit the scam I was warned about. Nice technicians, but unfortunately nice doesn't fix my HVAC. The company will come out as many times as you call them, but never get to the root of the problem. Bottom line: STAY AWAY. If you purchase an Evergreene home, everything else about it is great. But for the HVAC, insist on another company besides Falcon Heating and Air otherwise you be one more casualty in a growing line of unhappy customers.

I have a yearly contract with Falcon Heating & AC. They sent Phillip Mann to our home. Phillip was on time and very courteous about coming into our home. With the virus scare, he was masked and ready to work. He inspected our system and gave us a clean bill of health. Our HVAC unit was installed originally by Falcon and they have maintained it to their high standards. I would recommend Falcon, and especially Phillip Mann to handle any issues you have with your HVAC system.

Dan was early, did an efficient job checking the system and replacing filters, explained how it all went and even wore a mask in these scary days which I appreciated. I was very pleased as we always are with Falcon.
