Description of Work: Paulanne and Linda were very caring and passionate about their work with us. We absolutely loved them! They made us feel special right from the start. Linda gave us great ideas for our space and helped us visualize how we needed to move forward. It was exactly what we needed since we've been in our home for over 12 years. We went through out home from top to bottom giving her our ideas and she helped us organize them and come up with a plan of action. We were able to design our home exactly the way we wanted, with our budget in mind. We also purchased a custom designed sectional for my husband 'man cave' that he as always wanted. We are so excited about this purchase!

Description of Work: Design consultant came to house and discussed colors for painting as well as updates for different areas of main living space. Also gave me a list of contractors the company works with and will have swatches of the chosen colors sent so they can be placed on wall to give a better sense of the feel of the color as well as its appearance in different light, i.e. day or evening.

Description of Work: Paulanne and Linda both came and gave me some suggestions on updating my living room. They found a good paint color that I plan on using. I went to their showroom and found a floor tile I like for my kitchen and foyer. I have been trying to figure these two things out for awhile and they were helpful in making my decision. I am still in the planning stage and no work has been done yet. They also referred me to a window and door man to get an estimate and a person to mount my TV on the wall. I am still waiting for one estimate. I have been pleased so far. I haven't signed a contract with them for further work...only bought the coupon on Angies' List for $149.

Description of Work: We had a color consultation with Linda from Exquisite Designs . She helped us choose wall, ceiling and trim color for our foyer, family room, kitchen and sun room. She was very professional and had a large assortment of sample colors from which to choose. Linda understood that I prefer more neutral colors and she was very respectful of that. The colors I chose are gorgeous and we were very happy working with Linda.

Description of Work: Paulanne Gregson provided very competent guidance and ideas for my wife and me in four areas: 1) Options for window treatments. She brought samples of blinds from different manufacturers and recommended ones that would match the decor. She sent us cost estimates after taking preliminary window measurements. 2) Options for flooring. She gave us options for selecting hardwood flooring, and provided points of contact at a flooring company for us to visit. 3) Kitchen appliances. She recommended colors that would match our decor and purchasing options. 4) For painting second floor bedrooms, she brought color samples and suggested complementary colors for each bedroom. She contacted a paint company that mailed us paint color samples for ones we are considering.

She came out to our home and was personable , friendly and efficient. We wanted color consultation for a master bedroom and bath . Linda knew this in advance as I had spoken with the owner for at least 20 min when I set up the appointment. Linda got right to work. We picked out colors and discussed lighting and window treatments as well. We even had some time left over to get some advice on other areas of our

Description of Work: Paulanne has been helping me with my interior design needs since 2006. She suggests and orders home furnishings and accessories for me through her vendor accounts - and at this point, has saved me thousands over retail. She was an essential part of our team that helped us prepare our last house to sell, and helped us select the options in our new house, which we bought new. During Paulanne's last visit to my house we selected paint colors for my dining room and living room, and browsed chandelier options from her vendor catalogs and websites. After she left, she did some more research on chandeliers, and sent me price quotes for three that I was interested in.

Description of Work: We have used Exquisite Designs many times for remodeling and interior design work. It is difficult to determine how much we've spent with Exquisite Designs because we have used this company so many times. They initially helped us with remodeling our masterbath and bedroom. My husband and I are very happy with the results. They managed the project for us by bringing in their contractor and painters. They helped us with color and design choices. They custom made the window treatments in both the bathroom and bedroom, and supplied the cabinet, countertop and fixtures for the bathroom. Because we loved the outcome of our masterbath/bedroom project, we extended the work to the main floor of the house. Exquisite Designs helped us choose paint colors and painted approximately six rooms on our main floor. In addition to this, we had them design and create custom window treatments for five of those rooms. When we wanted to paint the remaining bedrooms and guest bathroom in our house, Exquisite Designs was the company we called. They helped us choose paint colors and painted these rooms for us. We are very happy with the color choices and quality of workmanship. A few years later, my husband and I wanted to remodel our kitchen and basement bathroom. We hired Exquisite Designs for the design work, but decided to save money and manage the project on our own by hiring our own contractor. What a mistake that was!! The contractor turned out to be a nightmare! Thank goodness we had Exquisite Designs to pick up the pieces and stand by our side until the job was finished. Exquisite Designs brought in contractors to do the work that our contractor was not capable of doing. Paulanne, the owner, was the shoulder I sobbed on when something went wrong and was very proactive in finding a solution for us. She was generous with her time and truly cared that our kitchen/bathroom project turned out great. We learned that Exquisite Designs can work magic. When our contractor mounted the shower door wrong in the bathroom and then remounted it, he left holes in the tile where the first set of screws had been. Paulanne brought in an artist who was able to fill the holes and paint over them to match the tile. You would never know the holes were there! We really don't know what we would have done without the help of Paulanne and her team. She really does care about the happiness of her clients...even with a situation like ours. Because of her talent, her knowledge and experience, her contractors and suppliers, her professionalism and her ability to make things happen, we have a beautiful home!
