I got an A/C unit from them and it was installed improperly then they refused to come back for repairs. I had a handyman come out who realized the a/c was leaking on the porch. They did end up coming back and realized the drain pipe was not installed correctly.

Well they came to repair the old unit because this maintenance company you have to use who they send and so then when they found out that they couldn't fix it, so they just immediately got authorization from Total Protect to replace the unit.

I had thought the unit needed a more serious repair than necessary. He not only identified the problem and passed on opportunities to upsell us, but also told us how it occurred and how to prevent that from happening in the future. The service was great, and the price was less than we had expected. Thumbs up!

Everything went perfectly from start to finish. I was contacted by Eastern Tech representative to set the appointment. When the appointment arrived, the technician was promptly on time and they call to let us know that they are 15 minutes away. He was polite and efficient - he immediately noticed the outside A/C unit was not running and started to investigate. He found the simple solution in just a few minutes and didn't try to trick me into believing it was a major problem. They are considerate and reasonable in price and I would highly recommend them if you need any HVAC work done.

These guys were quick to respond, and one of our neighbors was extremely pleased with his work. We were deciding to do 2 AC's, and one furnace. I was hoping that doing it off season like this would net me some cost savings. The had the a great price, and he was very responsive on any questions, and phone calls that I had. THey came out, and took care of everything in one day, and there were very professional in their work. I would definitely use them again. His guys were pretty careful, and very respectful.

The service I received from Eastern was sub-par at best. The technician was there to assess the cause of the A/C not working. He diagnosed the original problem. What he also did was create additional problems that required another company to come out and fix (thermostat and fuse which were in working order when he arrived had to be replaced after his visit). The technician was not sensitive to my situation and responded poorly when I challenged what he told me. He refused to offer service as he was required to do by the home warranty agreement. I reported the incident to the home warranty company and will never have them return to my home again.
