The company was very responsive, start to finish. They worked in a timely fashion finishing on time. They were responsive to small things that needed to be refinished after work was completed and did it in a timely manner.

- I've owned several homes and have had lots of contract work done on them. This was probably the best service I've ever had. The initial contact was smooth and easy. The estimator was on time and, as became clearer as he worked, he was very experienced in hands-on home construction in general and roofing in particular. The work crew showed up at 7:30 on the scheduled day and worked until dark The job took 2 1/2 days, beating the estimate by 1/2 day. The crew were the hardest working and politest workmen I think I've ever met. The cleanup was near perfect - I think I've found 3 nails. One of the things that pleased us were the extra touches such as the repair of a piece of slipped siding, the careful removal of a forgotten string of Christmas lights, the near-perfect realignment of the satellite TV antenna, and other items. We were extremely pleased with the treatment they gave to the main fireplace chimney. Although the chimney had been installed when the house was built in 1997, it never appeared "right." It wasn't until our job was estimated that we learned that the chimney had not been installed correctly. As a consequence metal was rusted and the flashing lay on top of the shingles instead of under. When the repair was completed, the chimney was a beautiful, integral part of the structure. Great job.

I called on Tuesday, to make an appointment for someone to come out to give me an estimate on the missing rake/gable (around 10ft in length) near my roof line on my townhouse. The receptionist was nice and pleasant. She made an appointment for me that Friday ranging from 12-4pm. She said that a gentleman named Roberto, would call prior to coming. I took off from work, stayed home all day, Dealing with contractors before , I realized that sometimes the window they give you they arrive towards the end of the day.. and i am a patient person.. However,around 3pm i called the office. I spoke to the receptionist Alex, told her that I hadn't herd anything all day. She kept me on the line and called Roberto on the other line, but he was not answering his phone. 30 min later, she calls back and tells me Roberto came out the house. Roberto said he couldn't get me on my cell phone,( However the receptionist diid several times. Shady excuse from Roberto ) but he said he left a message on my work phone. ( i have not verified if that has happened.) I was home ALL DAY.. The the doorbell did not ring, my phone did not ring.. NOTHING... I asked her when did he come to my house becasue, i had been home all day... She could not provide that information. She said that Roberto has an estimate of $485.00 to replace the rake.. Mind you the job is less than 1hr ( more like 30min ) however other estimates i recieved was half the price. ($250). The reason, i chose to try DRYHOME was based on it's reviews. However I should have paid more attention to the negatives ones. This tactic of not showing up or talking to the customer however providing an estimate, without all information is SHIFTY and very Suspicious. The nice lady did say we can send him back out. but if this is the type of treatment you get while trying to get an estimate, i did not want to do business with them. STAY AWAY from this company.

We used DryHome for our roof and gutter replacement and were very pleased so we went straight to them for our door replacement. Ben provided the estimate and was quick to answer all our questions - either while on site or via email later. We believe the price was reasonable. The person doing the installation visited later, at a time convenient to us, to look at the site and confirm measurements and this was nice. The day of the installation they showed up at the time expected and with a team big enough and experienced enough to replace the 3 doors at the same time. The workers were professional, took care of our yard and had someone cleaning the work areas constantly - this was appreciated. The finished job looks great. I would highly recommend DryHome.

Workers arrived early and began work immediately. Supervisor arrived to oversee material delivery. Ensured I understood process and came back at the end of each day to ensure worksite was clean & safe. I would use them again in a New York minute. DryHome made the whole roof replacement easy for me and much less scathing.

Well it started out pretty bad, and ended up worse. After an extremely rude phone conversation (I requested a quote for a vinyl roof on my roof deck to replace the existing rubber). The receptionist berated me that they didn't do vinyl even after I read some Angies list reviews that said they did. After explaining to her about the reviews and the roof I wanted was similar to linoleum, she incredulously asked, "You mean Duradek?" at which point I said, "I don't know, is it vinyl?" And I swear to God her reply was, "I NEED TO KNOW MA'AM, IS IT DURADEK OR NOT!?!" After a shocked pause I said yes. She put me on hold and got back with Benny would quote it in 3 weeks! I begged that they could get there sooner, she said no way, and assigned me a 4 hour window, 10-2. What are they, a cable company? Benny got there, took pictures, and measurements, said he'd get back with a quote, nothing seemed amiss. Three days later they left a message saying they declined to bid on my job. A small 10x14 roof deck! They are listed with Duradek as an installer! I called back, wondering what happened and was informed that "they can't take ALL jobs!" So here I am, a month later, and back to square one. Not even a quote! Thanks a lot Dryhome Roofing! Stay away from these guys!

That was great. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were there on time. They completed the job in the amount of time they estimated. They were very efficient and really represented the quality of their products truthfully. They left the place cleaned up afterwards and really took care of my home.

They did an excellent, outstanding job. They did break a window as they were removing old shingles. I didn't notice for two months later, but I'm convinced it was during their job. I personally inspected the roof and just missed the window. I have no doubt if I had seen it and pointed it out, they would have fixed it immediately. I don't feel it is appropriate to hold it against them because I didn't catch it. They were on-time. First class, quality job. I feel the window issue was a fluke accident. There were 10 workers on the roof. I have a feeling one of the workers dinged the window and didn't say anything and just moved on. I don't blame the company for that. I don't have any complaints with the company. They were supportive, attentive, and did a good job. Would I recommend these guys? Absolutely. Would I use them again? Sure, I'd just do a more thorough inspection next time. They satisfied my concerns with attentiveness, showing up on time, answering all my questions, and giving me a detailed quote. They were very, very good.

They did a great job. They were a lot cheaper then the other bidder. I got a letter from the president of the firm saying if I ad a questions ask him. They came out quickly. We ha a few questions they came right out looked and told us no problem. It was thorough and professional and reasonable.

I don't have any leaks in my roof. They put on all the materials that they should have put there. I got a 20 year guarantee on labor and my neighbor had the same project done and they only received a 15 year guarantee on labor. I thought it was because I had my attic insulation doubled. It was a good deal. I had to hire an electrician on the side because the roofing and insulation place only installed the attic fan in place. They do everything according to certainties for requirements. They were picked as the top roofer of the year for Roofing magazine. They follow best practices. There has been three people in my immediate neighborhood that have used Dry Home Roofing and Siding Inc. They come out right away.

They were responsive, and they took care of my problem. I didn't do a whole lot of comparison shopping because I had used them years before. They did everything when they said they would.

If I could give them a double A I would. They were very good at explaining what needed to be done and provided recommendations when asked. They were very thorough Ickes ing up after the job was completed. I love love love the roof. It really makes the house look great. My only complaint is that the crew did not speak English and my Spanish was un pequito. But they knew what they were doing.

The initial estimate was detailed and thorough, and everything needing to be done was explained carefully and the reasons for the proposal shown to me. With approval and deposit, work began. Things went according to schedule, amazingly. With rain threatening every day, the crew worked from dawn to dusk over a period of two days and then a half day to finish. They worked with focus and care. Nothing below--for all the shingles and plywood that was stripped from the roof--was damaged, and not a sign of their presence--other than a new roof was left as an indication of their presence. The team chief explained all plans at the outset, and it was followed to a tee. Couldn't have been more comfortable with Dryhome's judgments and work. Essentially, they confirmed the numerous other experiences we have had with the company over the past ten years!
