The technician went above and beyond the call of duty when he did my roof inspection. There were some leaves near my downspout that he cleared for me. The office people also exhibited great customer service as well. This was one of the easiest home repairs I have ever had. I would happily recommend them to others.

Went very well. They came and did a very thorough inspection for the estimate. Completed work in one day, did thorough clean up and left everything very neat. Price-got lower estimates but were nowhere near as professional as dry home.

Dryhome did high quality work, they were professional and resonsive. I requested a gutter guard system they don't normally install, but they investigated the product and agreed to install it. They completed the entire job in two days, as promised and as scheduled. Others have mentioned that they cleaned up so well that there were no nails or other debris to be found. I can't say I'd go that far as I continued to find stuff here and there for a while afterward, but I don't see it as a big deal. It wasn't like they left the place in a mess or anything. It's been about three years since they performed the work and everything is holding up great. Overall, it was a great experience from beginning to end and I've recommended them to others since then.

Work went according to schedule. The crew worked into the evening the first day to make sure the job was done on time. Installation was done well and all materials were cleaned up. The company worked with me and my HOA to make sure that the replacement shingles matched the approved HOA palette. The roof and job was inspected by a supervisor immediately after completion and I have a follow up scheduled to make sure that I am still pleased with the work.

Came promptly to do estimate when called. Answered all questions thoroughly. Provided estimate the following day. Work crew arrived promptly on scheduled date and appear to have done an excellent job, completing job in scheduled 4 days despite extreme heat. All concerns were addressed promptly and completely. Unfortunately, the shingle manufacturer had mislabeled packages of shingles delivered. The crew immediately informed us of the problem, contacted the manufacturer and quickly resolved the issue. The crew was very courteous and worked diligently to complete the job on time. Cleanup was very good. Follow-up and quality control the next week was greatly appreciated. The bottom line is that we were extremely pleased with the work and would hire DryHome again.

They arrived on time, were friendly, and performed the work efficiently and well. They cleaned up nicely be fire they left.

This is the 3rd big job (roof/gutters and doors) we have used DryHome for. We feel their prices are fair, the products and workmanship and manufacture warranties are excellent. The company is very responsive, professional and punctual. The job was completed in a little more than a day with very little property or plant damage. The clean up of the property was excellent.

Called company for an estimate. Appt was made, Rep came out & did a thorough job of roof inspection. Provided all sorts of relevant info. Rep came again to discuss siding - again, great info was provided. Appts were scheduled great. Work for roof, siding & gutters were great. They were professional, all of them.

The estimate by Jim was thoroughly explained. We were notified of the start date promptly. The workers explained their procedures clearly. The job was completed as promised clean up was exceptional!

Excellent experience! We called 3 companies, I didn’t show another was much higher with work that didn’t need to be done. The rep from dry home had excellent credentials, information, and price. Quality was good, clean up great.

I was away on both occasions. That said, the reports I received from the neighbor was that the workers were very professional. The quality of the work was top shelf.

As of today, February 9, there is still no response from this firm through Angie's List or to my phone. Even if they don't want the job they could at least have the courtesy to tell me so.

Dry Home Roofing provided spent the most time out of the three vendors we talked to and provided the most thorough solution to fix our leaking gutter (due mostly to rot of the fascia board). The team the performed the work was on time and extremely efficient. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

All I have to say is WOW!!! I have never met somebody this honest! I have a 22 year old roof that started leaking after the snow storm. Few companies gave me an estimate on roof replacement without even climbing on the roof. This morning Jim Miller from DryHome came in for an estimate. He went into the attic and diagnosed that there is nothing wrong with my roof, and that the water came-in through the ventilation fans as the result of the 30 inch snow accumulation. He also climbed on the roof to inspect it. I had similar experience with DryHome 18 years ago. Had a minor leak that nobody could diagnose, but they were all feeding me a bunch of BS and tried to charge me anywhere from $500 to $5000 for it. A DryHome inspector calked the side fan and charged me $60. I don't need a new roof right now. But when I do, I will definitely use DryHome. Thank you Jim for saving me $10K.

The install was carried out in terrible weather. I felt bad for the chap battling wind and snow as well as our roof. The repair not only fixed the roof leak we had been suffering from, but also decreased wind noise in the house considerably. I got an honest assessment of the life expectancy of my roof and state of my gutters, with no cheesy attempt to sell me more than I asked for. Come roof replacement time these guys will be at the top of the list.

We don't have anything negative to say. We're very pleased, the work was done in two(2) full days by a very hard working DRYHOME crew that cleaned up the area before leaving. We had 3 quotes all of which confirmed that we also needed to replace the old plywood decking because of moisture/ventilation issues over the years. We were most comfortable going with DRYHOME who gave a clearer understanding (Jim Miller) of the work to be done.
