As always, my experience with DryHome was great. They are the most knowledgable roofing/siding guys and I like that they don't "upsell" but rather listen to what my needs are and then propose cost-efficient solutions. In this case, we had water entering the house from the roof area, but couldn't figure out the source. DryHome came out quickly and immediately figured out the issues. They went to work on removing the ice and even took the time to go inspect the other gutter areas (even though there was no existing water damage in thise areas). They took preventative measures to save me form the inevitable and basically de-iced the roof. They charged a very reasonable amount and were as nice and courteous as can be. I want to add that I have used them for actual roof repairs and partial replacement, as well as a new home roof inspection. They have done each job with professionalism, knowledge and speed. I had recieved three quotes for my first job and DryHome was competitive. Based on my experience with the first guy I met, David, I thought they would be the highest since they had the nice truck, the nice uniforms and were so nice and professional. I was pleasantly surpised when he gave me the quote. They were actually under the other two companies. That was the start of a great relationship. Roof issues can be a huge pain and affect other areas of your house. If you have one, I am sorry to hear that since I know the trouble it can cause. But, if you need a great roofing/siding company then DryHome is the one!

Very smoothly! With old houses like ours, you never know when you may open a can of worms. The entire team from the scheduler, to Ron Foor, the rep, and work crew, they all worked professionally and efficiently!! We are about to do some more work and we have chosen Dryhome again!

This company is GREAT to do business with!! From the moment I called to schedule the estimate to the completion of the work, the whole experience exceeded my expectations. All that I came in contact with were professional and very personable. Jack was very helpful and patient when I was trying to decide on color and style and made sure that they scheduled the work to my needs. When the owner of the company called me to let me know that things were on schedule and that if I had any concerns that I could call him directly, made me feel even more at ease. The day work was to be done the guys were on time, explained what was going to happen in detail, when they were going to be done. The job went smoothly without a hitch, and after all was said and done they cleaned up and left my house with a beautiful new roof and shiny new gutters. I will be Highly recommending Dryhome Roofing to all my friends and coworkers. They did a fantastic job.

Even though we experienced a few problems with this job, initially, the president of the company, Steve Gotschi, came out to the house personally - and many times - to resolve each issue. Immediately after installation, we noticed that (1) many of the shingles were not laying flat, (2) there were many small, thin "fingers" of shingle material throughout the roof that looked susceptible to easy breakage, and (3) there was a hole in one part of the aluminum siding where new flashing had been installed. Steve invited the Certainteed (shingle manufacturer) District Manager to inspect the roof with him, and they determined that the shingles were not laying flat because the job had been done in cold weather, but that the shingles would lay flat and seat themselves once warmer weather arrived. This sounded like a reasonable explanation, and we agreed to wait for six months to see what would happen. In the interim, Steve replaced several of the more severely warped shingles, making the roof look better. It's obvious he knows what he's doing since it can't be easy to remove and replace a shingle in the middle of a run and make it look like it was installed as part of the original installation (and he was kind enough to replace many). Sure enough, the rest of the shingles did indeed seat themsleves properly after the sun's thermal energy got to them and the weather started warming. The Certainteed rep took some of the replaced shingles to determine if the "fingers" were a manufacturing defect. He later reported that they were not defective, but rather just a result of how the shingle cutting machines were set up. Both he and Steve assured us that, because of the great warranty we have on the shingles we chose, as well as the workmanship warranty from DryHome, any shingles whose "fingers" may break off in the future would be replaced under warranty. Finally, the hole in the siding was creatively repaired by affixing a formed piece of aluminum to the area which covered the hole and acts as a channel for rainwater. Therefore, all three of our issues were handled promptly, professionally, and to our satisfaction. During the process, we got to know Steve personally and he struck us as a fair businessman and a personable family man. He stood behind his company's workmanship.

They answered their phone and set up a time for a representative to come out that was convenient for me. Their estimator, Jack Richardson, arrived on time and called ahead. He was highly professional, providing information and options that were responsive to my quesitons as well as adding to my understanding on issues that I failed to grasp or ask questions about. Jack also was kind enough to go out of his way for me and to be helpful to solve a minor problem that I am sure another company would have charged me for. While in the end I did not choose Dryhome, their bid was very competitive and I would not hesitate to seek their proposals on any future work.

I like them quite a bit and I refer them to my clients. Their quality of service is excellent. They really know what they are doing and provide expert advice. They really want a solution for your home; they are not just trying to sell you product. They have really good follow up. I don't have to worry because their work is good.

I had a skylight that was leaking and I called a few companies for estimates, because I thought that it would be a small patch job. We ended up going with DryHome for the skylight replacement. They estimated the skylight would take about two weeks to arrive and it did. A couple of times following that they thought it would be there sooner. They set a date for the replacement and they came out early for the appointment. They estimated that it would take one day to complete the work, however they were short other jobs so they were able to send out a larger crew and they got the work done by noon. They cleaned up after the work very well. The sales representative who came out to give me the estimate came back out a couple of days later to find out how the experience went. They have since sent quite a few letters out asking about our experience from the estimate all the way through the follow up. They seem to be extremely thorough.

I called and made an appointment with them. A guy came out, and arrived on time. He went up and looked at the particular problem that we thought had existed in the roof. He told us that it's not exactly a problem, but the shingles were placed very close to each other in that area. He said it's not a problem right now but has to be looked up in a few years.

They were punctual and professional.

Mansard roofs require more shingles, and due to window placement on second story, we also had concerns about leakage and overall appearance. Their representative spent considerable time listening to and inspecting our concerns, discussing possible materials and solutions, explaining the replacement process. We talked with 3 different roofing contractors and felt their approach matched our needs the best. Their contract was not the cheapest and not the most expensive. They showed up when scheduled, completed the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up. The forman returned to reinspect the job, and also came back another day to install drip diverters we had requested but had not detailed in the contract. Overall, we are extremely happy with what was done and with the company and people working for DryHome.

It was great. They came out and got up on the roof to give us an estimate, and even went inside the attic to see if there was any visible leakage. He was very honest. He said the shingles were 25 year shingles, but that if I was going to sell my home that it could be an issue. When I got home the job was done and everything was cleaned up.

We had to wait 15 days for them to come to give us an estimate. Due to inclement weather we needed to reschedule. They came two days later to inspect the roof and gave us an immediate estimate. We send in the signed contract and they were there 8 days later. They did the all roof repair in less than an hour and left. As far as we can tell the job has been done correctly and for the established price. We defiantly will recommend this company and used it again ourselves in the future.

They came over at the time they said they would. They did a very good job. They gave me a reasonable estimate. They were very professional and I highly recommend them.

He told me he couldn't book me in that weekend but could come in that next Thursday. But by the time he corresponded to the email, I had already had it repaired.

I called three companies for estimates. DryHome submitted the most professional estimate and detailed information of what they were going to repair.

I was impressed with all my dealings with this company from initial contact to end of work. Had 3 skylights replaced and some roof/fascia repair work done, including gutter replacement needing repair. The estimator did not try to sell me anything I did not need or want, and also offered different options and cost saving alternatives and allowed me to make a decision without feeling pressured, including how the work would be done in detail. The work was performed as stated and respectful of the property. Extremely prompt and courteous all around from office to in person.

We liked them because they showed up on time for the estimate. The man who did the estimate went on the roof with a camera. He showed us exactly what he found. When they to do the work, they cleaned up after themselves. They had done some other work in our neighborhood and they very happy.

They were professional and on time. Very quick to respond to our calls. Very respectful around our home. The pricing was very good when compared to others. Really good service.

Fast and efficient, and well priced. Very well.

Dry Home was professional from start to finish, from the quality of the estimate, quote, prep work, actual installation and final clean-up. Their guys showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves made get a new roof a practically painless procedure.

My experience with this company was excellent. Everyone was very professional. The estimator took pictures of the old roof and carefully explained the problems, submitted a detailed proposal and met with us to answer questions. The work was completed in one day, on schedule, and the crew cleaned absolutely everything up when they were done (I couldn't believe how clean it was). Some of the crew did not speak English, but the foreman did so there were no "lost in translation" problems.

This company was awesome from start to finish...they were on time, completed all the work in alloted time. I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done! Thanks...
