The most unprofessional small business owner I have dealt with!!! Scheduled an appointment with this service on a Tuesday for a Wednesday appointment. I took off from work that day so I could be here for the appointment. Basically, I waited around all day and he NEVER SHOWED UP!! Tried calling him several times to see where he was/if something came up. Left 2 messages and finally gave up. I still have not received a phone call from Eric or anyone else at Critter Control. Very disappointed and would not recommend them for any service.

Very satisfied that Critter Control resolved my problem so quickly.

On 31 March 2010 my landlord contacted Critter Control to come out and remove a squirrel. He paid for the squirrel removal and for the hole in the eaves to be repaired. They came, set up a trap, and were supposed to come back daily to check if the squirrel had been trapped. They left a business card one day to say the squirrel had been trapped and they'd be back in a few days to check and see if another had taken up residence. A few days later, I returned from work to find another business card asking if I was still hearing noises in the attic. I called and left messages for both Eric and Andrew saying no noises, and would they please come back and fix the hole. This become weekly messages, because neither of them ever returned a call. Finally, months later, Eric actually answered his phone when I called and said he'd send someone out to pick up the cage and to patch the opening. The next day, a Thursday, someone did come and remove the cage. He stuffed paper in the hole and said he'd be back on Monday to fix it as long as nothing had disturbed the paper. Monday came and went with no repair. A few weeks later I was finally able to talk to Eric again and he told me that Andrew had been out to fix the hole on Tuesday. I found out today, 20 May 2012, that the hole had been supposedly repaired hadn't been as a bird found it's way in. The wonderful people at Adcock removed the bird - alive and humanely - and fixed the hole.

Everything was great but they did have to stumble through some communication issues. When you are dealing with critters in your yard you want to have more of a return communication type of thing; they had to work on that. But they did a great job and I would use them again. I decided to use them after speaking with them. They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing; when dealing with these pests that is important. They did what they said they would and had the traps picked up when they said.

A real hassle!
