After the initial confusion with contact (not their fault), they were very professional and communicative about scheduling the appt. Technician was knowledgeable and careful. He explained how to protect our pet from the chemicals.

Century Termite and Pest has done a great job of keeping my home pest free for years. Their prices are reasonable, and the team is punctual and always courteous.

I was contacted right away to make an appointment for two days later. They had two hour windows and showed up within the window. They drilled my patio to get treatment underneath, which was not done by my previous big-name termite contractor. Both the technician (Pat) and the manager (Joe) were pleasant to deal with.

I hired Century for quarterly treatment due to a spider and cockroach problem. Eight months later when there was no improvement I called to cancel. They didn't ask why or how they could improve, just said "okay!" I genuinely feel they were just happy to have gotten as much money as they did out of me.

Wow, talk about price differentials. This Service did exactly what I needed for the price I wanted. Other companies charge three times more and do not do "interiors?" What's the point? We had a brown-ant problem, this company came out On Time, very professionial, and sprayed inside and out = ants gone.

The provider didn't actually do anything to schedule the appointment. I had to call them several times to get the appointment scheduled after they never responded to emails or the form submitted through AngiesList. Once the appointment was scheduled, things appeared to go okay. The guy showed up, sprayed, assured me that the job he'd done would greatly reduce the number of insects we'd have in the house. A month later, I've got more crickets than I've ever had before. As far as I can tell, the work they did had absolutely no beneficial impacts -- this year I have more crickets than I've had in years where I didn't spray at all. I called them to resolve the issue, and they indicated that since it had been more than 30 days -- 35, in fact -- they wouldn't do anything about it. I've used a number of different exterminators over the years, and I've never had one that did such a lousy job.

It went very well and technician is very profession; the technician is more of trying to sell their various service than what I purchased. Though I liked their service, wanted quarterly service which they do not provide; don't know why but that is more than sufficient for normal pest control.

Both the initial consultant and individual who performed the work were very professional and explained clearly what was being done. We have not seen any return of the carpenter bees so we are very happy with the results.

I thought the serviceman did a very through job, and would consider using Century again.

Since I purchased the deal they followed up me continuously and left voice message; though I should be present when they do the job, due to work nature was out but they did phenomenal job; will buy more service from them and really appreciate their attentiveness.

Dunn was one of the best technicians ever! He answered all of my questions and helped me to better understand the process and consider future treatments. He didn't appear frustrated with my million questions at all. It is because of my experience with him that I would use this company again and recommend them to others.

I like Century, we used them for the mosquito treatment and we've used them since for basic bug problems and even a bee problem. I really like the people they send out- we have a guy who is our "usual" sprayer and he is delightful, answers questions, looks for problem spots and addresses them without needing prompting. We are very happy with their services and employee professionalism. They are not however great with contracts and timing - so if you do hire them for a year round contract make sure that you have it marked on your calendar somewhere to remind them to come out.

I prepaid for the season about 10 treatments. They came twice then not again. I called they refunded me one treatment's payment . They never came back and should be spraying every three weeks. i'm not calling them every three weeks to find out why they didn't do the treatment I already paid for. I never leave a bad review but these people have earned it. Don't waste your money.

Not sue this was effective treatment. Though the number so mosquitoes was diminished, we still don't feel confident using the yard.

My problems was I don't know what kind of chemicals was pumped around the house. I called them twice to give me some kind of contract as to what was done and how long will this treatment effective. So far I haven't received any thing from them. No contract no brochures to read nothing. Update: I received the contract and literature last week. Thanks to Angie's list.

just as advertised, it kept the pesky bugs away for about a month.

They were prompt and pleasant. They had gotten a squirel out of my attic in the past, and I have had no issues with that. I would recomend them. He even takes his shoes off when he came in.
