I thought the tech did a fine job, though verdict was inconclusive. Hard to find bedbugs if you only have a few, which we might or might not have.

Technician was very respectful, professional and helpful. I explain my concern and was able to identify the best solution for me and started the process right away. Everything he said that would happen leading up to my schedule appointment did happen. This was a welcome experience especially I was considering leaving this company and going with a different company after previous interactions with previous technicians. Things are going in the right direction.

Took 3 times to come out and do what I paid an up front cost of $350 initial setup to do. They never called to tell me they weren't coming. I had to continually call and ask when they will show up. Finally, someone came out to treat my home and I could not see any of the gradual product he said he put down. I have had my home treated with the same product previously and you could always find the easily in the flower beds and in the yard. I could find virtually nothing after their "treatment". I still have bugs everywhere around my home and am tired of continually calling these guys to treat my home. I have lost $350 to these crooks. I recommend you do not use them!

The performed service went well and got rid of the mosquitoes!

I paid on Friday to start service to treat my home. Took off work on Monday so that I could be home between 3 and 5 which was our scheduled appointment. Not a single soul showed up. I am beyond disappointed especially since this cost me time and money.

Arrived without an appointment; treated outside the house and billed me for an entire treatment. I terminated my relationship.

I was totally satisfied with their service. I will recommend them and use them, again.

I used them for 1+ year. Work was ok, but when I called, the representative on the line was rude and unhelpful. I had sent some quarterly payments a little late, but always paid. She made me feel like I had stolen something, although the account was up-to-date at that time. I don't need to deal with rudeness.

I paid them $550 to get a raccoon out of my ceiling and they didn't get it. There were babies in there as well the guy had to come get them out. They put a one way door so they could get out but not back in so the babies were stuck. I wouldn't give them a high rating. They didn't do what they said would do, they didn't get the raccoon. They didn't have the equipment they said they had.

Very well - the technician was on time, professional and explained everything clearly. As he described, the process drove whatever insects were in the walls out into the open, and we saw the results the next day, fortunately very few of them! The only minor issue was there was a slight residue along the hardwood floors the next day, even though we were told there would not be. No damage and easy to clean up however. Would definitely hire again.

They did a good job and was very nice.

They didn't respond to set up an appointment. They just showed up and sprayed and set traps, they didn't have a plan of attack or a guarantee. They aren't pro-active at all. They don't offer any guarantee. They even tried to sell me another product from a company that he was working for on the side.

They've been very responsive. I'm waiting to see if my pests return. I haven't seen any ants, and its about time to give them some kudos but I haven't gotten to it yet. As soon as i called, and i said I've got flying ants and they were right on it. It's a one time service, so they wont come back unless I tell them they need to come back. it was guaranteed so I think if I see the ants they will come back and treat them.. It wasn't like a pest management contract. I would use them again as need be.We did just as much as he and I decided what needed to be done. We did no in the house spraying because I've have a dog and don't want anything in the house.. We got it, they diagnosed the problem, investigated where the ants were coming from.

To start, it took almost a week to even to talk to someone to setup an appointment. I had to call several times since no one want to call me after I paid for it for a week already. When I was finally able to get hold of them, they explained that the person in charge of online order was out sick, so that's why no one called you. I was like, ok, understanable, but that should have gave me a red flag on the company. They came to my house twice already and both times I told the customer representative that I got mices inside the homes so they need to set traps or do something inside the homes.. Both times the CR said that's fine the technician will do it and you will need to leave the house for few hours. I did just that both times but both times they came, they only set trap outside the home. They said because I got kids, so they can't do nothing inside. I am sure most houseowners have kids, so if that the excuse to use not to work inside the house, they might as well don't offer the service. I still see mice running inside my house for a few months now. If you have kids please don't order this service because they will said they can't set up trap if you have kids. The only good thing is that I see fewer ants but I still see them around my house so not completely gone.
