Description of Work: A great company to work with. They repaired 3 deck posts with rot and insect damage with sturdy cement footers. All was done within one week of my call! Great service.

Description of Work: purchased a year long pest control package. they come every quarter and spray for insects and do any pest control. They were great. THey remedied my problem. I have not seen any evidence of any creatures since they treated. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with.

Description of Work: I was medium pleased. I originally called them with a coupon and basically, they wouldn’t honor the coupon when they showed up. I sent them an email asking them to cancel the service. They kept sending me emails, but I ignored them since I'd already asked them to cancel. Next thing I know, I received an invoice from a collection agency. I wasn't happy with their business practices.

Description of Work: They have worked for me for over ten years. When I bought the house 30 days later I had flying termites. They stood behind me and solved the problem completely at substantial expense to the firm. They are very professional and know what they are doing and punctual in terms of being on time.

Description of Work: I get excellent service from my assigned tech. The only problem I have with this company is that I have to keep reminding the office to not schedule my home treatment unless I have agreed to a date and time. When they do this, I call them and they come back out and treat the inside of my home. This is not good for me as I have to spend time calling and setting up an appointment and they have to make a second trip. Treatment plan is quarterly.

Description of Work: Originally contacted Century several years ago to deal with pest infestation in the attic. They came out quickly, found the problem and got a workmen out here to correct. Since then I have used Century Pest Control for quarterly preventive pest control maintenance. I also have a termite policy with them. Their service is excellent, workmen are knowledgeable and professional. They make it easy as they always contact me to schedule my quarterly appointments, and if necessary can make other visits if there are pest problems. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Look for possible traits of rodents, pests etc. but I am not convinced from those few black spots. Put a few black boxes in the corners with orange poison inside as baits and said will be back to check on the boxes. No traces shown that pest ever use the baits for the next six months. Pretty much bluffing and use a few low tech gadgets as means of getting of the intruder. Basically I had a possible bird caught in between my air ducts I think.

Description of Work: We had a bird stuck in the dryer vent. They came right over and took out a dazed and embarrassed mourning dove who took a moment to compose herself and flew away. I have a contract with Century and would certainly recommend them. Their people come on time and are courteous and pleasant.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List deal for a one time Yard Mosquito Treatment. Century's customer service was proactive, good and helpful in scheduling. The technician was on time and was kind enough to hit a couple key areas I highlighted. The only reason for the B ratings is that their treatment was all that successful in reducing my mosquito population. I have had better luck with other treatments in the past, which admittedly could depend on a number of factors not considered here.

We also have a termite warranty with them that we pay for annually. They have been good with contacting us to schedule the annual inspection.
