Response from Century Termite & Pest
It saddens me greatly to think one of my customers feels wronged by my company. I do see that you purchased our $39.99 Mosquito special on April 10 Sunday. The messages on Angie's List message center shows we messaged you on April 11 Monday, We for your phone number and email address to schedule your service. We show that another message was sent to you on April 12 Tuesday. We also left a voice mail for you to please call us back to schedule your service. On April 16 (Saturday) after hours, you responded through the message center that you would call us on Monday April 18. We replied through the message center on Monday morning, April 18 and advised we would wait for your call. You never called to schedule your service. We do not show any other communication with you after that date. We do show that you and received a full refund of $39.99 on May 6th. I am a little taken back when that 2 months later you are giving a failing review that says that services were performed ( which services were in fact never completed ) and you state we never called you back, which it clearly shows my office had several communications with you through Angie's List message center. We have been in business for 23 years and our consumers are our number one priority. If I can make this better for you, please call me directly so I can personally make sure your Mosquito problems are rendered. Respectfully President Century Termite & Pest
