Two technicians came to my home on time to get rid of bird nests and to install vent covers. They bought a proper ladder to reach the exhaust vents which is about 28 ft above the ground. One of the technicians just cut off a part of my vent hood without even trying to reach to the inside of the vent. It turns out that he did not even need to cut off my vent hood. For the other 4 vents, he just reached inside and remove the nests. Now, I am concerned if rain might bet into my vent.
