They were very professional. All my questions were answered. They came back the next day to get rid of the bats in my attic. The other companies told me it would be a 2-3 day process. Iâ m supper happy they got it done within an hour of arriving.

Poor service. They did not do the work they had promised and agreed upon. We had to get someone else to finish the project. Waste of time and waste of money. They did not wear masks or any protective gear while at my home.

They used a very old malfunctioning gas pump that could not deliver properly the anti-termite product. The operator was nice but inexperienced (had just finished his training).

The sales rep was professional and did not trying hard sell me. Scheduling process was expedient. The technician who did the work was highly professional and obviously knew what he was doing to rid my home of carpenter bees. He was quite polite as well.

We have 3 juveniles and 1 mother squirrel living in our attic. They set several traps and come out everyday to check on them. After 5 days of no success, they took a different approach. While we still have the squirrels (we are on day 6), I feel they're doing everything in their power to get rid of them.

I would definitely recommend this company. As a first time customer for this type of service I would definitely say that their representatives were very professional and courteous. Great service. Century did a thorough inspection of my chimney as well as the perimeter of my home. Fortunately for me, nothing was found in the chimney and no potential points of entry were found. The inspection was free.
