Great follow up and very kind people .

They cleaned the initial mess but they did not do a deep cleaning because they did not have a clean machine with which to do it.

Very deceiving and unprofessional company. We put our trust in Scott (Acct Mgr) and Brian (Service Mgr) who took advantage of a desperate situation. Promised a 100% solution and left my 78 yr old mom in a worst situation then when they started. Directed her to get a personal loan to pay them and left her hanging with a $3900 bill and non remediated infestation. We've made several attempts to call and email over the course of a month but, have not received an update.

I want the managers to know how displeased I am with the quality of their recent service. I have been a customer of this locally owned and operated business for the last seven years with the quarterly treatment of my yard. When I felt I might have rodents, I signed a second contract on February 5 (with Gary account representative) for **seal up for mice on front and rear exterior of home** and **check the interior for any areas inside that may need seal up**. The company accomplished the netting seal on February 8, the inspector Kent walked through my house casually, did no sealing, and set up ten traps (snap traps with cheese). I had previously placed ten traps of my own before Centurys work began. To date, none of these traps (Centurys or mines) have caught anything. I was told to be patient, that the mice would leave the premises for food and water and be blocked by the seal from returning to my home. I asked about the attic and was told that there were indications of mice activity in channels in the insulation. I requested numerous times to Kent to have a manager or the account representative contact me to discuss future options. Kent responded that he was trying to get them to call me but would not give me their contact numbers. On Wednesday, February 10, I worked for four hours alongside my cleaning lady to remove dropping under sofa seats, in my bed, moving aside heavy furniture to vacuum up mice droppings. I showed Kent the photos I had taken of the numerous dropping on tables, upholstery, baseboards, etc. and he relayed the pictures to his managers. In frustration, I had asked my fifty-year-old son to help me get redress; and on Thursday, February 11, he began trying to make contact with the company for additional guidanceâ to no avail! At this juncture, I just want to terminate my contracts with Century Termite and Pest Control and engage another contractor who will fumigate my attic, do the job more effectively, and be more responsive to my concerns. I am speaking to the Maryland Home Improvement Commission about my displeasure with your services or lack thereof.

The inspector came in, was extremely professional, clean, respectful and very thorough. Thanks to Covoid we all work from home offices right now. He was patient and understood the situation in needing to make sure our home was properly sealed up and the previously unused unfinished basement was ready for use. The Techs showed up on time, took care of sealing the outside of the home. Super bunch of guys!!! Very respectful and pleasant to work with. There are not enough stars to rate the technician, Mr. Daguiso's service. He is one of THE BEST technicians who has serviced my property. I cannot praise him highly enough for his timeliness, courtesy, and professionalism. Mr. Daguiso deserves to be recognized by Century Termite & Pest as a first-class employee.

They came out for 10 days faithfully, but did not catch the groundhog. They caught a squirrel and a cat.

Techs encountered an underground hornets nest, which I had not been aware of. They received multiple stinks; I appreciated how good natured they were about the incident.

Very pleased with the service. Any concerns I had were immediately taken care of. Joshua Best was very thorough in his inspection of my house, finding other issues that need to be taken care of in addition to carpenter ants, such as wet basement walls, beginning of mold. Appreciate the service and the fast and friendly responses from the office on my calls. Would use again, good company.

Great company. I had three companies doing what I needed done and was so impressed, I cancelled servivces with the others because Century could do it all for less.

Scott was very professional and friendly; took care to inspect the property well and asked good questions.

Good salesman. Was not able to perform what we discussed, His people were not able to get on the roof and repair the problem. I thought that was what I was paying for.

Customer service was excellent. There was a minor error with lack of supplies that was reconciled and the service was great!

These people are incompetent. The managers do not communicate about the project they are to do, so the techs come in without knowing what the project is, and are not equipped for the project in hand. On Wed 7/22 the salesman came to evaluate the job. He scheduled the job for 7/24/2020 and asked for the money upfront. I was desperate because the house smelled of dead bird and he guy said they do this all the time so I paid $399. When they came to do the job, the technicians were unaware of what they were to do, and did not come prepared . At this point the dead bird and it's nest is still in the vent and though the owner said someone will be out tomorrow 7/31 they have not scheduled a time meaning I am to sit here all day and wait for them.

Happy to have our mole problem addressed and insect repellent inside as a bonus.

The customer service is excellent. We had a football sized hornets nest tucked into the corner of the house. It took a couple of trips to get all of it because of the location, but Century sent someone out quickly and the work was done with no damage to the property.

I interviewed several companies and they were the most friendly and helpful. We have had the first treatment for roaches and it has been effective so far.

Make sure they have the work order. Otherwise, they were great.
