Century Termite and Pest Control

Century just completed a removal of all of my old insulation, which was full of rodent droppings, etc. They were wonderful - covered everything and removed all the old insulation as well as my ceiling tiles carefully and safely. The technicians and the inspector were very professional and knowledgeable. I felt in great hands with the team. After 3 days of work, my house is finally odor and rodent free!!! The owner even stopped by daily to make sure the project was progressing. Love doing business with a business that treats its customers and employees so well!

Great service

Rey was prompt and professional. On his first visit, he installed some screening over the exterior port to the ducting vent to prevent additional critters from entering the vent. On his follow-up, he removed two dead birds from the vent above our microwave and sanitized the vent area. We appreciate his help in getting this distasteful task completed in just two days.

They are under contract to inspect my house for insects for the past 8 years and they come on a regular basis - mostly outside but sometimes inside. They answer my questions and address my concerns. Highly recommend.

I reached out to Century Termite and Pest Control the morning we saw a cockroach and Was able to make an appointment for the next day. Our technician was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the process they follow to keep the roaches away. I highly recommend! I m giving 4.5 stars because they came an hour after the appointment window but overall satisfied.

They arrive on schedule. If there is interior treatment, they are efficient; check to be sure they cover the areas I want; and behave in a polite, professional and personable manner. I have had almost no bug issues since hiring this company several years ago.

Stay away - Buyer Beware!! The General Manager John has avoided me for nearly two years to replace my faulty gutters. I realized they leaked to the point of saturation, to get into my front door on a rainy day. It was approximately 3 months after my install, that we realized this. It has been nearly 2 years later, Aug 26, 2019 and John has provided nothing but lip service and stated he will NOT refund our money. Court is next now that I have time to do so. Stay away from this company! They are rip offs!!

We were very pleased with the service we received. From the initial phone call requesting service to the actual service being performed they were friendly and efficient. We will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone requiring their services!

Century technician was very knowledgeable about skunk trapping and answered my questions. The price for trapping over 10 days was cost effective compared to others who wanted charging per trap. Century technician provided regular updates of work completed and next steps during the duration of wildlife trapping in my back yard. The wildlife was trapped and prevention measures put in place around my shed. Everyone I talked with at Century was helpful.

This company did a really good job taking care of bird problem. Little pricey but they were prompt, and resolved problem quickly.

The guy dropped by ahead of schedule but could not get a hold of us so he sprayed in a couple places outside and left. Later, when we gave a call, they dispatched him again and he covered pretty much every place inside and out. No bugs so far and I have purchased a quarterly plan. We are happy with their service.
