From stat to finish, we had no issues. The company owner was onsite to oversee installation. We were also able to visit the granite warehouse to select the granite slab we wanted. Everyone was very professional.

We met with Nadeem Rahman, the owner, and he was on time to our house, took measurements, and gave us a lot of good ideas to think about. A couple of days later, we met at his office/showroom, where he had done a potential layout of our new bathroom on the computer. He also had samples of tile, cabinets, granite countertops, and frameless showers. It was very nice to be able to see all of that in one location, although the options there were limited. On the downside, we were never given a complete, itemized estimate. Only a ballpark figure, and that wasn't really good enough for us considering the detailed estimates we had received from other contractors. In addition, when we asked for a list of references, we received a grand total of one name, and he also showed us copies of checks from a job he had previously completed. That made us a little uneasy, because we don't believe you should be showing anyone checks from another one of your customers. Not a big deal, but it bothered us a bit just the same. We saw pics of his previous completed projects, and it's pretty clear that his company does good work, but we were fortunate to get several good estimates, and ended up going with a different contractor. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Nadeem again on any future project, because he does have good ideas and a pretty nice showroom in which he can show you how your project can/will come together.

My wife and I walked in the showroom and let them know that we were looking to remodel our kitchen. We moved into a house built in the 1970s where everything needed to be replaced. One of the first questions from the owner was "How much are you looking to spend?" Being first-time home owners, we were unsure of how much we should spend on the kitchen update. We didn't want the top-of-the-line stuff, but we didn't want to get the cheapest grade material either. My wife and I had already measured the dimensions of the kitchen, brought them in, and had some ideas on what we wanted to do. The owner plugged the dimensions into his computer, and started tinkering with different arrangments of counters. He then start throwing around numbers in the air depending on the grade of cabinets we wanted. Never did he ever send out one of his crew to take on-site measurements. He took our measurements and assumed they were correct. This would later haunt us in the process. We knew from the start that we were going to install the cabinets ourselves (my wife's father is a carpenter). We also picked out a duraceramic tile for the kitchen and foyer. Again, my wife and I measured the kitchen and foyer area to the best of our ability, but that was never double checked or verified by the owner. When we installed the kitchen cabinets, they did not supply us with enough ceiling trim. When we informed him of this, he told us that he gave us plenty. After calling several times and insisting that we did not have enough, he finally ordered some. However, he ordered base trim. We brought it to his attention, and he finally ordered the right product, but it was a short length. It was barely enough, but my wife's father was able to make it work. Also, the cabinets were not big enough, and we had to order a piece of trim to cover the 5-6 inches from the cabinet to the interior kitchen wall to cover a gap. We were not impressed with the quality of the cabinets with the price we paid, especially since we installed them ourselves. Our neighbors had their kitchen redone shortly thereafter, and the material and finish of their cabinets was a much higher quality than ours. They paid less, and that included installation. Also, they did not give us enough tiles to cover the area of the kitchen and foyer floor. We had to order another box, which he charged us $100 for (10 tiles in a box). Despite protests that we should not have to pay for the extra tile, he would not budge. The only thing that went right in the entire process was the installation of granite. That was because the subcontractor actually came to the house and took pre-measurements before cutting the tile. The granite crew was in and out in 30 minutes. We were young first-time homeowners when we went through this process, and we learned a lot of things the hard way. We didn't appreciate the way this guy does business or the way he treats people. Only after calling and emailing him constantly did we get anything resolved. We were angry that we had be taken to the cleaners, and do not recommend using this business.

Their price was comparatively good and they did a nice job.

Overall a very good job. Workers were excellent and showed up on time every day. Very professional. Excellent craftsmanship.

He had great prices and a very professional staff. I was very happy with this company and their high quality of work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
