+ -1 moreAppointment was set for 5:30 pm. At 5:40 I called and the guy said he would be there anytime after 5:30, which is not what what he told me when I made the appointment and I rushed home from work to be there at 5:30. Said a guy was on the way. I called again at 6:00pm and got his voicemail. Called again at 6:20 and got his voicemail and said to forget it. He called me back 10 minutes later and started yelling at me saying I was a renter and the landlord was taking care of the carpet. I'm a homeowner that was in need of new carpet and will obviously not be using this company.

+ -1 moreI WOULD REFER TO OTHER CUSTOMER. I THINK THERE PRICE AND OVERALL WORK WAS GREAT. I THINK THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WILL USE THEIR BUSINESS AGAIN.
