It went very thorough. one very well. Cardinal was timely and thorough.

Aerator replacement went fine, but fixing leaky faucet took 3 visits from three different techs. First tech said water was merely splashed water leaking from around faucet base. Wrong. Second tech said all he could do was tighten a nut at the top of the faucet - also wrong. Problem was actually worse after these two visits. Third tech finally rebuilt the internals of the faucet which solved the problem. Also annoying was twice during this evolution we had a scheduled arrival window only to have the office call and say they weren't going to be able to make it that day at all. Lastly, the second tech decided all on his own to start discussing divisive political issues, something I've never encountered my whole life. I would have rated them lower but they did eventually fix the problem correctly and did not charge anything for the additional visits. Most of the people I dealt with were very polite and professional. I have to wonder if perhaps this company changed ownership or management recently. I had used them once before for a toilet rebuild and they did great and the price was fair.

Kitchen sink aerator replacement went flawlessly. Fixing leaking bathroom faucet went very poorly and it took three separate visits before leak was finally fixed. The faucet needed to be rebuilt, but first two techs tried to merely tighten things and wasted our time.

Cardinal Plumbing is absolutely top notch. It was a delight to work with Kayla in customer service. She understood what I needed done and kindly worked with my schedule to get someone out by my request of 7am. That person was Kyle who did a fantastic job replacing my washer hoses and checking my water heater in very tight quarters. He installed a new shower head, tub spout and faucet cartridge in an effort to increase the water pressure. While an increase was achieved he was not satisfied and "kept at it" until I had optimal pressure. I cannot recommend Cardinal and most specifically, Kyle, highly enough. When you need plumbing work done give Cardinal a call.

Great work. Person performing the work was very careful with the floor (covered it during the work) and was able to raise the sink with minimal impact to the wall (just need to do some minor paint touch up).

We called because we had a leak underneath the sink. We neglected to tell them about our leaking faucet. Our estimator was late but only because he was having truck problems. We didn’t have a replacement faucet at that time so they had to come back the next day. He was very punctual and fixed everything to our satisfaction. I am very likely to call them again.

First plumber came to do the job, explained that the offer was for replacement of frost-free which meant I had to already have them but I only had regular faucets. He offered to come back and do one frost-free one and another one with a release valve. He explained there wasn't enough room to add a frost-free one. I agreed and rescheduled. Well he wasn't the plumber who showed up for the second appointment to actually preform this work. The second plumber said he could do both as frost-free but that it would cost me more for the actual frost-free faucets. He was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. I don't feel like I was taken advantage of, I feel like the advertisement for the deal wasn't clear. I had no issue paying the extra cost and I feel I received quality work for what I requested.

I had scheduled a Monday appointment to have a new garbage disposal installed when my pressure release valve began to leak over the weekend. Nick was the plumber who fixed both. He was on time, professional, and answered my questions about the valve. I have used Cardinal in the past and would definitely call them again and recommend their services to others.

Prompt, professional service. The repair professional was clear about problem and solution, with a straight forward, personable description of what was happening and what needed to be done.

The technician was very well qualified and kept everything very clean. He knew what he had to do and did it in a timely manner. I would use him again if I have any other plumbing problems.

Everything went well, however I found it to be pricey: $385 for snaking my kitchen drain, which took about 40mn..then again, I could have asked for an estimate and did not call other plumbers which I will do next time.

He found that the input leak was really from a blocked condensate drain in the heat pump exchange unit. The second leak was determined to be from the dishwasher itself. Everything was done in a courteous and professional manner.

Cardinal was very professional, on time, friendly, and generally great to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Extremely unprofessional and classic bait and switch tactics. Here's the story: 1) Call Cardinal plumbing because of excellent Angie's list and Yelp reviews. 2) Meet a friendly technician who comes by to our home prompt and gives a professional estimate for basement work. 3) Obtain additional quotes for said work to compare numbers and find that Cardinal Plumbing is the most cost competitive. 4) Call Cardinal back to start the work and start to receive the BAD NEWS 5) The woman I spoke with tells me "Oh I'm sorry that technician doesn't work with us anymore and that quote isn't valid. We'll need to re-scope the work, and I can tell you right now it's likely going to be higher". 6) We have a second technician come out and re-cost the project and the price quote is >20% than the last one! 7) We choose another vendor who is more reliable and gets the job done perfectly. REALLY Cardinal Plumbing? Really? That's how you treat a potential customer? You cannot use the excuse "oh that tech left so his quote isn't valid". YOU hired him and he worked for you. You need to honor your price quotes as distributed and not bait and switch your customers. Glad we didn't go with Cardinal, and recommend you don't either.

The work was done promptly and neatly, and the new control is functioning properly.

The Cardinal Plumbing Inc repairman replaced a broken water hose on a sink in the master bath. He also repaired a bad fawcet handle for hot water and cleaned out the spigot filter so the water flows more forcefully. The repairman was on time, very helpful and professional. He made sure everything was clean and dry before leaving. He also checked my water pressure, which was fine.

I think it went well because the knocking noise went away.

I have had nothing but great service from Cardinal Plumbing in the two visits/installs to our home. Most recent, Mark K. replaced our toilet. He was professional, fast, and worked cleanly. He arrived when he said he would, looked at the job, assessed the issue and gave us several options. We have lived in the house for over 20 years, and the previous owner for over 15. Unsure as to when the toilet had been replaced, but it was beginning to come apart. Rather than just replace the tank, we opted for a new one. Great install, very pleased. The first job Cardinal did for us a few months ago was to replace our water heater. This job was done by one person cleanly, efficiently, and fast. I commend the guy, Rene, as it is a large water heater in a very small space between our furnace and a washing machine. Excellent install and it has worked well since. The price quoted below includes a yearly maintenance plan cost ($199) we signed up for in order to take advantage of some services offered through the plan. So far I can highly recommend Cardinal Plumbing!
