Description of Work: Fixed a minor hot water heater link at rental property. My only advice for Cardinal is that for rental property owners it's convenient if the contractor contacts the renters directly to schedule a visit, if that is instructed by the unit owner at the time of Angie's List purchase. I did leave instructions requesting Cardinal call the renters, but after a day or so I had to ask my renters to call Cardinal to arrange a time.

Description of Work: Cardinal Plumbing installed a new 75 gallon gas hot water heater for us. From our first contact to our last, everyone I came in contact with was polite, friendly, helpful, and professional. They added some safety precautions as part of their regular service, like a drip tray under the water heater with a hose to the drain (just in case!) and a "flood alert" alarm (again just in case!). We shouldn't need those for years down the road, but it's good to have. I'm 100% satisfied. What else can I say? :)

Description of Work: Cardinal plumbing diagnosed and fixed a leaking toilet in my home. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal but still had a pretty pricey parts cost. Despite this I was overall pleased with the service.

Replaced valve in shower and installed access panel - $350 | |Extremely punctual and professional. Great service. I'll use them again soon when I install a water-powered sump pump.

Description of Work: I purchased their coupon for replacing our broken waste disposal and arranged for the appointment within the next couple of days. The Cardinal plumber arrived on time designated, removed the old and replaced with the new and we are very pleased with the service provided by this firm.
